Great CUstomer Service and Warranty

My third car in 2 years from Hoselton. We have two Rogues (leased) and needed another car for my College age kids. Bought a 2017 Sentra SV with 13k in miles. Hoselton has an Awesome Warranty on all of their used cars, made this one a no brainer.

11 days and 6 people it took to purchase a truck. First test drive, nice black truck but wanted silver, they found one at another dealer and sent it to Hoselton. I left work to test drive it and it was wrong truck and it was white. searching again and found another one but that dealer wouldn't deal with Hoselton. They tried to sell me another truck but the price was much higher so I agreed to buy the original black truck that I test drove. They couldn't find it anywhere. At this point I pretty much gave up. They called and offered me a 2019 with more amenities but it was going to be more money. I said no deal then they called the next day and agreed to the deal I had originally made. In all of the BS the one thing I insisted on was a bed liner. Of course that was overlooked and I never received one. They did however offer to add one for and extra $790 over the course of the loan. No Thank you. My wife and I went to get the truck and we had to sign a damage disclosure because when they brought it to the front lot they had ran into something and had to fix it. I have left a lot of back and forth details out of this review because it is exhausting. This is my 3rd bad experience with them. The other 2 experiences were years ago so I thought I would give them another chance. Never again. This was the worst vehicle buying experience ever.

Amazing!!!

Had service done at Hoselton Chevy before but first time buying. My sales guy Lou, went way above and beyond what I have ever experienced ANYWHERE!! Just stunned at how much he did for me. I will never buy another car without heckling I’m with Hoselton first!! Best place to buy a car from my experience ever!

Great dealership! I walked in six months ago with my mother and her old clunker of a car and a fairly tight budget. I was greeted by Connor the sales manager who assured us he could help after hearing what we had to work with. He referred us to Brian Shepardson on the sales staff who within a few hours had my mother ready to drive out in her new leased 2020 Toyota corolla that totally suits her lifestyle and budget. She loves the car. What stood out the most was these two gentlemen’s commitment to our satisfaction and pride in their product. I returned last week and purchased a leftover 2019 tundra 4 x 4 long bed! Once again I worked with Connor and Brian and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I shopped other major dealerships in the process and Hazleton Was hands-down the best!! Thanks again! Adrian Seay

Satisfactorily concluded a purchased 2020 Nissan Altima

I just purchased a 2020 Nissan Altima and am greatly pleased with the car as well as with the sales man. The negotiations went remarkably smoothly. I compliment the sales man for his patience and closing the deal with mutual satisfaction. I would certainly continue using Hoselton in the future after developing a mutual relationship with management.

This dealer is a fraud

This company is a fraud. They have no intention of making good on their warranties. The used car I bought needed new wheel bearings before the first oil change and they refused to cover it with no explanation. When I asked to speak with someone about what the warranty does cover, I was transferred to a voicemail and never got a call back. Even their own service employees are afraid to tell customers when something is wrong and could be covered under warranty and said to badger the sales guy until they did something because otherwise they wont. But did not want his name on that for fear of retribution by management. I bought the car due to the assurances the salesman made but their words are hollow. I urge everyone to never buy a car there.

Outstanding Customer Focus

James Crowell made the buying experience a pleasure. He was extremely customer focused. Finance contact Joe DiGuardi added to that wonderful experience. Because of them, we will be back in the future when we need a vehicle.

Great Experience

Great Dealership! We have bought five vehicles from Hoselton. Tyler Bane the sales manager worked hard to get my deal done and I was very happy with the way I was treated, not pressured or pushed into a deal that I would'nt be happy with!
