A great experience

I have been in the market for a good used Nissan Frontier. I found the year, color and options at Hoselton's pre-owned center. I have purchased two vehicles from Sales Consultant Chris DiGuardi in the past and naturally connected with Chris to assist with this purchase. Chris offers a genuine experience and makes every effort to create a smooth and beneficial transaction. The vehicle was in immaculate condition, the business manager was thorough, efficient and professional, every Hoselton employee I came in contact with was friendly and helpful and the facility was immaculate. My vehicle was prepped and ready ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Hoselton , they make the car purchase process an enjoyable experience!

It couldn't be any easier

From the first moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a welcome and great conversation about cars and comparing. I was so impressed on how professional and easy it was to buy my brand new car. This was my first brand new car I had ever bought and James took care of every detail of it for me. I was able to test drive multiple cars right away so it was so great to compare in the vehicles many differences. The car buying experience was so much less of a hassle I ever thought it was going to be. There was no pressure and all my questions were answered and any help in setting up the new technology in my car! Thank you!

Hosleton Toyota

My wife and I worked with Matt, and he was very personable and addressed all of our concerns. There were some minor scratches on the hood of the car we purchased, and they offered to repaint it at no cost to us. Worth the drive from Syracuse!

Definitely check out this dealership!

I was looking for a used vehicle and the folks at Hoselton were friendly, helpful and informative. At no time did I feel pressured. Although I did not end up purchasing one from the dealership, they would definitely be a place that I would consider for future needs, as well as recommending others.

Didn't even try

I contacted the dealership to inquire about a vehicle that met all of my specifications. I received a voicemail and email informing me that it had already been sold. The email listed other vehicles that I might be interested in - all were significantly higher priced than the one I inquired about. I replied to the associate who sent the email (and had called me); to let him know the other vehicles did not meet my specifications. He never tried to contact me to find out what they were. The vehicle that I was inquiring about was still listed on cars.com when I was s arching a few days ago. They are obviously using it as a marketing ploy.

Told 2010 Prius needed new brakes...but it didn't

Jan. 2015 mileage 30587. Battery replaced. S/P inspection: brakes v. rusty, dangerous and needs replacement. My long time repair shop: front and rear brakes v. good, 70% remaining and non rusty rotors. Hoselton, same day: pads good shape, rear rotors some rust; rear brakes starting to hang up. Advise front and rear brake services as preventive maintenance. 11/2016 mileage 43789. Dealer for curtain air bag recall; free 27 point check:rear brake pads w/rotors $409. Tires rotated later same week at local gas station: brakes 50%, good condition, no service required.

Hoselton treats you like family!

I found a car via the internet on the Hosleton pre-owned car website. I live 4 States away, so I was naturally concerned that they would hold up their end of the bargain and not try and dealership tricks of the trade. What I can tell you is that this dealership is fantastic! At every step of the way, they were honest (incredibly rare for a dealer, in my experience), easy to work with, fair and reasonable, and the price I was quoted was the price I paid and walked out the door with. I was originally going to have the car shipped, but I ended up driving the 500 miles to pick it up due to cost and scheduling. I was really happy to meet the people I have been communicating with via phone and e-mail, and it was such a pleasant experience, I would not hesitate to buy from them again, despite the drive and the distance away! I cannot recommend a dealership more highly than Hoselton.

They truly treat you like family!
