Professional, thorough, focused on customer care. We purchased our 3rd vehicle from Hoselton since 2016. Each experience was positive for all the adjectives at the start of this review. We never felt hurried, rushed, or kept in the dark during negotiations. In between purchases all automotive service needed during our time in NYS (we are snowbirds) was done at Hoselton- again we return for the same reasons. It's a 100+ mile roundtrip for us to go there and back home - we will keep doing this as long as we can. We are thankful for a reliable and trustworthy establishment where knowledgeable, courteous personnel maintain a personal quality in interacting with those of us who take our business there. The president of the company has come out and greeted us more than once in our regular visits to Hoselton. You will be in good hands with this company. Dave Lempert deserves mention as a capable and friendly sales associate with Hoselton in East Rochester.

Good website to navigate and search. Had not been to Hoselton since a New Land Cruiser purchase in 1979 as I've bought cars side of the road mostly. My salesperson was sincere and patient. I did buy and had a couple of mechanical concerns dealt with quickly. Cosmetically there were a couple items I missed. I believe overpaid a bit though in general, and even the recondition manager agreed after the follow up service. So waiting on a response to that at this point. I did inquire as to the ins and outs of the 3 versus 30 day coverage and am unsure of specifics of how it works and how much of initial bottom line would apply towards refund or a swap. Regardless of dealer, the car itself cements the long term impressions of a buying experience, so TBD. I'm ok with this Dealer.

Just purchased my 2nd vehicle at Hoselton. Kept the 1st Camry for 12 1/2 years and had all my excellent service there. Decided to buy a 2022 Camry to get the new safety features. My buying experience was top-notch: friendly, no pressure, treated like family. I find Hoselton trustworthy and fair. They truly value customer satisfaction. I couldn't be a happier customer. WORK NOT BEING PERFORMED
I went in for a 10,000-mile service, was told the car was in good shape. Tires yellow and cabin air filter starting to get dirty but not needing change yet. When the service was complete, I went to my car to find out that the technician never rotated my tires. I know this BECAUSE I MARKED THE TIRES. Is this the technician dictating what they want to do on maintenance? The tech was paid to perform a certain job and it was not done. very disappointing visit. How can i trust what is and IS NOT getting done on my car.

Thank you Matt Ernest in the service department!! My "new" 2014 Honda Odyssey had a significant transmission problem which I discovered as I drove home in my new van... As I live 2 hours away, many phone calls followed. The end result was that Matt had the transmission serviced by a Honda dealership and I'm a satisfied customer.

This is the third time I have leased a car from Hoselton--this time as a result of an accident, caused by another driver, that totaled my "dream car". The staff at the Body Shop were very helpful in giving me necessary information and in retrieving my belongings. I was advised to begin my search for replacement. John Milazzo met me at the door on my first visit to the Hoselton Show Room and guided me through the process of leasing a new car. John answered my questions, found a car for me, one available to test drive and lease. Rudy, a representative from the Accounting Department met with me also. He too was very helpful Two days later, the car was ready for me. John carefully gave instructions on the car's technical equipment. I was ready to go! Thank you all. I am very appreciative.

I have experienced many dealerships that have been extremely pushy trying to make a sale beyond what I can afford or that end up making me feel that because I am not shelling out big bucks that I am of less importance. I have NEVER felt that way at Hoselton. I have leased four vehicles now with them and every experience has been pleasant. I have to add that their staff is always friendly as well, working together to help people not scamming for sales. Hoselton is the first and only dealership I will give my business to because I know that their customer service is consistent and that there are no surprises whether I am making a sale or paying for services.
