Lucky enough to get a salesman named Mike Tyson very nice

Lucky enough to get a salesman named Mike Tyson very nice young man didn't play any games he was personable and very professional and no bogus fees. You should train other salesman with his method and they would get a lot more sales. I tried East Syracuse Chevrolet but the salesman I got there was very hardcore and I would try to xxxx the customer for every dime he could.

Don at Hoselton was awesome!

Don at Hoselton was awesome!!! Completely honest and so easy to work with, right from the start; he kept us informed every week! It was a real pleasure to work with him and Hoselton!!! He even gave us a full "tour" of the workings of our new car. Don could not have been better! The only bad thing has nothing to do with Hoselton -- Toyota only sent one key due to a chip shortage, so we can't really take the car on any trip that involves garage parking, like NYC, where we often go. I hope this doesn't fall through the cracks at Toyota because we're not able to fully use the car yet.

I just leased a 2022 Nissan Truck and I love it. I worked with Craig Holmes who made the whole experience easy and successful. Craig really listened to what I was looking for in a deal and then he worked hard to make it happen. Everyone involved in my deal were very professional including the service and finance departments, but Craig is the one that made everything come together so expertly. Thank you for a great deal on a great truck!

Great service and solid vehicles

My wife and I traded in our 2011 outback for the 2023 Murano. The team was friendly and helpful going over the spec and stayed late to work with me so I could drive it home that day. We loved the car so much we returned to trade our 2011 Rouge for another Murano. We had recently had the rear differential repaired, when the team estimated for trade value they heard noise and thought it needed work so came back with a low offer. After showing proof of repair (from a different dealer I will not be going to again) they adjusted the trade value back up. Great team there and very knowledgeable.

Hoselton chevrolet defective used car

I BOUGHT A USED BMW Z4 FROM Hoselton on 7/11 2022. The test drive revealed a shimy in the front of the car from 45 to 55 mph. I mentioned it to the salesman and he said it might just be a spin balance which usually is a front-end alignment when there is shimmy. Anyway, I had the car one day and the top would not come up unless helped so I went back to Hoselton. They sent the car to BMW in Henrietta. I was given a rental. BMW had the car at least 8 days. They sent it back to Hoselton with a $2900 bill. I did not get the car for three more days over the weekend because they were going to spin balance the rims. Next Hoselton called me and said there is a law that prevents them from spin balancing the rims on the car. So where did that leave me. They gave me the car and said they would work something out with me. Wrong! they did nothing and to top it off the top that was just repaired did not close all the way.Hoselton sent me back to BMW who said they would need the car for a few days at least and to get a loaner from Hoselton. Hoselton said no so I went back to drop it off at BMW and they kept the car. The next day they called and asked me to bring it back in a couple of weeks because they were swamped and my top was up so I could still drive it. I complied and just dropped it off a few days ago. Now they called and said the other hydraulic was leaking. Which means it did that when they returned it the first time. because I never opened it at the time. Now it will not open or close. I think I need a lawyer for sure. Another thing is I prequalified for a loan from eel for around $18000 but now they refused saying the car was over priced??? Never heard of that before anyway I had to put down $6900 in order to finance it at 12.5% when my credit score was over 800. What a rip off.I am waiting for a response from Hoselton about the second repair needed. I wish I had a lawyer .

I recently purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Traverse from Hoselton Chevrolet in East Rochester. My Sales Consultant, Sam, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of my questions. Sam went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with all aspects of my purchase and her attentiveness and professionalism far exceeded my expectations.
