Fantastic dealer to get minor work done. Was a bit of a wait but they also detailed the car so it was worthwhile. 1 star for buying as I did not buy a car from them nor did they try to sell me one.

I bought my 4th vehicle from them recently. The Toyota products we had were dependable. Joe and the staff were very helpful in the sales department.

Travis from service was extremely helpful, got us in quickly for an appointment, the maintenance service was performed in a timely manner, and he called us once it was finished..will continue to have our vehicle served by them

I went in for regular service and a seasonal tire change, but there was a mixup that resulted in my tires not being changed. Fortunately, Travis arranged for a next day pickup up from my home and took care of everything. I also appreciate the complimentary wash during my appointments. Great and friendly service.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They had my Jeep Cherokee looking beautiful again! It wasn’t as long as I thought it would be either til I got it back.

My recent service appointment was quick and as always the service personnel were efficient and courteous, I have been dealing with Laurel Toyota for a number of years and have never had a problem with them.

Jamie is the best service advisor, gets me in and out quick. Always gets me scheduled when i need service.The techs are knowledgeable but also efficient.

Please go elsewhere. These people do not keep you informed. They claim to find more damage than when dropped off. They upped the estimate without contacting us. They kept changing the Finish and pick up date. When asked to provide a picture of the supposed extra damage, it was not provided. When calling for an update, they got snippy. Had my car for nearly a month, I had to call twice for an update.

Laurel Toyotas service is quick and efficient-Jamie is very knowledgeable and friendly. Always schedules me when i need service last minute. And vehicle is always washed so thats a plus
