Laurel Toyota has great, friendly service and Jamie is very knowledgeable. She always gets me in promptly and gets my vehicle back to me promptly as well

Professional, courteous, extremely helpful.

They provided all the service requested and had my car ready within a reasonable time. They also had the body shop look at my car for estimate.

Great experience!

Easy experience. I negotiated all details of my transaction via text messaging. Put a small deposit down to order my vehicle, and the vehicle was built, shipped, and at the dealership in 2 months. Would recommend Laurel Toyota!

Bought a new 4Runner from Scott Long & couldn’t of asked

Bought a new 4Runner from Scott Long & couldn’t of asked for a better experience. I would recommend asking for him if you’re looking to buy a new vehicle. The whole buying experience was done by email & he found me my 4Runner before it arrived at the dealer so I was guaranteed to get it.

Quick and efficient

Friendly thorough service

Steve in the service department was very thorough and explained the additional service that we needed for my mother's car. her car needed 2 new filters and new wipers.

Professional, courteous, extremely helpful

I was calling about my sister's car . Due to the ice and snow she had a problem with her front bumper and needs it fixed. Wayne was the employee who took care of me, was very respectful. Courteous, and extremely helpful. I so appreciated his professionalism. He gave us great confidence that they could take care of her car.
