They have no loyalty to past customers. Sold the car i wanted when i said im on my way down to put a deposit within a half hour. Was paying càsh also $42.000 Their word means nothing!

The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because I have had a running disagreement with them ever since I have been dealing with them.According to Pennsylvania emissions inspection regulations if you drive less than 5000 miles between yearly inspections you are exempt, they still make you get it anyway. Other than that I have always found them to be courteous and professional and have never had a problem with their service.

Took 2 1/2 months due to back order of parts, but excellent results & great staff

I love the sales department at Laurel. I have bought my last 5 cars from them. Recently I took my car in to be repaired after hitting a deer and the service was terrible. I was not kept informed about the progress on my vehicle and it took my insurance company calling to find out that after 30 days the repairs hadn’t even been started. I understand supply chain issues when it comes to getting parts, but some communication would have been helpful. What I was told and what my insurance adjuster was told regarding the repair progress were two very different things. I would have appreciated more transparency. I’m very disappointed with my experience. I never had any negative issues before this.
