Vehicle was ready, and meticulously detailed. My Salesperson Ricky Hernandez (717-314-5120) was spot on. The financing was taken care of by Finance Manager Danielle Snyder. Who explained the financing and registration of the vehicle details. Ricky then had me download the Ford Pass App. You have youre Vehicles Vin # and all information about your vehicle, down to how many miles you can go with the amount of fuel in your tank, to being able to start your car remotely with your phone. To anyone out there looking to buy a new vehicle, Go for the Bells and whistles, it is worth it. Overall an excellent experience. I would recommend New Holland to anyone interested in a Excellent Price , but more importanly, a very stress free and comfortable experience from a very Professional Staff. Great experience but kinda pushy
I was a New Holland Auto Group customer for years. I leased my last car and knowing that I'd be retiring and downsizing financially - I knew going into it a few years ago, I'd be buying it out. When the time came, I kept having the same conversation around and around that I needed to just buy another one, or lease another one, prices were better, etc. Just wouldn't hear me and what I wanted. I didn't want to look, I just wanted to finance out the one I had, the one I loved, the one I knew would be my last new car. So I went looking for other options because I just had one too many conversations, voicemails, about coming over and checking out the stock. I was able to get the paperwork I needed thru Ford Credit, and then found a dealer who would work with me and was able to help me buy out my lease.So while the original lease interaction was GREAT - the followup to buy out the lease WAS NOT!

Forever Jeep
First new vehicle in 12 years and I was completely unaware the how back up screen worked, using the phone in the car etc. Tom took the time to go over everything with me and even put all my phone contacts into the cars phone system for me and did so well with the explaining that I managed to make a call myself driving off the lot. This may seem simple to most but when you never had a car with these features it can be overwhelming until you get used to it. Paper signing was easy I believe his name was Mike. When all was finished sales manager Brian Bogin introduced himself., which was nice and congratulated me on my new vehicle. This is my second new car with New Holland Auto Group and when the time comes, where I also will be getting my third.
