Aaron and all at new holland were completely transparent though all of our transaction. Aaron took the time to explain the history and what was done to get the car ready for sale.highly recomend.

Excellent Customer Service

My wife and I went to NHAG to purchase a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. On the day we went, it was extremely busy and actually had to wait for a sales person. NHAG staff were very attentive to our needs and made us comfortable while we waited. The sales manager came to greet us and remained with us until our sales person Kevin Davis arrived. Davis was extremely professional, honest, and down to earth. He made the purchasing experience pleasant and I would recommend him to others. Kevin explained everything very well and remained in constant contact with me until the car arrived. He also made arrangements for the car to be shipped from another state which happened in a matter of days.

Excellent service

. Everything from the sales people to finance department EVERYONE went above and beyond my expectations. Neal was amazing along with Joe, Brian and many others. They stayed 2 hours after closing in order for me to be able to take my Jeep home.

jeep grand cherokee

I want to thank Kevin Davis and the rest of New Holland staff. We have purchased three new vehicles from the dealership since September. 2019 Ram, 2019 F150 and 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ford Pick-Up Trade-In and New Purchases

We were looking to trade-in a F-250 for two F-150's for our mechanical contracting company. Mike Damiani in the New Holland Ford Parts Department put us in touch with Ricky Hernandez in the Sales Department. After shopping online and locally, Ricky worked out a very fair trade number on the 250 and competitive numbers on the new trucks that we needed. He kept in touch via email, answered and returned all the phone calls we made to him and had all the paperwork done ahead of time so our people signed-off and drove right out. Decision Making Made Easy!

From my first phone call about a car advertised on their web page to meeting Joe Galie, our salesman, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. When I told the receptionist what car I was interested in, she made sure it was brought up to front of building at the time I was going to be at dealership. Joe is exceptionally versed on all phases of my Jeep; he knew answers to every question I asked. My husband and I were treated to lunch in order for me to collect my brain about all the figures that were given to me which really helped a lot. I was able to make an intelligent and relaxed decision after that. I was totally impressed with the relaxed atmosphere of the dealership and with how friendly every one was that we were introduced to. Since they sell almost every car I would ever consider buying, if and when I ever buy another car, I will definitely be going back. In fact, this dealership was recommended to me by someone who I didn't even know - she heard I was car shopping and told me about New Holland which speaks for itself.

They steal from small business owners and old peop

They are not mechanics, they are new parts salesman for unneeded parts. My lock wouldn't work and my license plate light was out. Instead of two minutes to spray in some graphite in the lock cylinder and 5 minutes to sand the ground for the license plate light and replace the bulb, they handed me paperwork for a $500 lock cylinder replacement and a new wiring assembly. I fixed it right and 3 years later it is still like new.

The service was great and everyone was very friendly....

The service was great and everyone was very friendly. Prices were competitive and the salesman was very knowledgeable with the truck and answered all of our questions and helped us set up the FordPass. The dealership had a large variety of F-150 including many different colors and engine combinations. Being able to see and test drive all the different options was a great help In selecting the vehicle
