After driving New Cab n Chassis about 2000 miles, a module blew out (something to do with the DEF). Not a big deal, except now it's sitting at dealership (will be at least 2 weeks) because they can't get parts. I always enjoy working with Ken Mull. (third truck for our business), but now he seems to be ignoring me, since Im upset about the delay. Seems to me there should be compensation for us, since we can't use the truck.

From the salesman and the finance manager to the service department and the detail shop, we received the best service possible at the dealership! Everyone provided personal and friendly service which helped us develop a new relationship with the various departments. We look forward to working with everyone at New Holland Auto Group in the future.

I was looking online for a car in their auto group. I've never shopped online for a car. They made the process very trusting and made me feel as I was on their lot talking in person. This is a great place to look for a car 6 hours from my home. That's better than I get from local dealers here where I live.

The dealership is very big and easy to navigate. Everything is lit up well outside and everybody is friendly and nice, lots of options to look at for vehicles. I had Aaron as my salesman, he was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of the questions I had. If I need a new vehicle and return in the future I would gladly work with Aaron again!

This is the second time we’ve gone to New Holland Auto to buy a used car. The first time, we worked with Aaron Flickinger. That transaction was so good, so smooth and easy! Aaron makes it all seem that way. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. We knew we had to deal with him for our upgrade. He did not disappoint. We were pleased and happy with the trade he got for us, and the easy, smooth transaction. He explained everything (that even a novice like me could understand) about how my newer-year model Audi works. Aaron and Danielle made the work of closing and (the dreaded) paperwork less stressful, both of them explaining easily what we were signing and why. We were shown courtesy and appreciation by this young man, whom i would refer to anyone, as i would do for this excellent dealership.
