Why is it ok to buy a new car only to have it in the dealership about ten times within a year and a half? Why is it ok to have your cruise control shut off at anytime forcing you to pull to the side of the road. Turn off your vehicle and open the door only to restart your car. Just to get the cruise begin to work. Dealership says sorry we can’t duplicate my concern. Receive a notice from your dealership that my car notified them of an emergency brake issue. Only to be told my car does not show up anything wrong when you stop at the dealership. They run the diagnostic test only to inform me well there is nothing wrong. Remember they called me!! Original issue was the information screen keep having issues. Well after 1.5 yr. It was replace. Well it fixed the concern only to have other cancellation issues show up. Oh how about being asked if I wanted the car evaluated for a trade in. Only to get a quote that is 5000.00 lower than what an online quote. Add insult how about having Jake call me a few weeks later to leave a message to call him back about getting a possible quote for the car! This is truly the WORST CAR I have ever owned

I have been getting service for my rav 4 for 5 years

I have been getting service for my rav 4 for 5 years after buying it new in 2020- Kacie is the best service rep I've dealt with there hands down- period- knowledgeable- explains results of the multipoint inspection but doesn't try to hard sell and try to get you to buy something you really don't need
