Extremely helpful and very friendly!

We recently purchased an SUV for the extra cargo and passenger space. Our experience at Fred Beans was great! Our sales person Dan Sweeney was extremely helpful and very friendly! We never once felt pressured into purchasing. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful, and they even stayed an hour past closing just so that we could bring our new car home that night!

very disappointed

After questioning two salesman in reference to a certified 100k warranty advertised on a 2007 Avalanche they reassured me the vehicle was covered, although nether seemed to know for how long. I decided to take a look at the truck, after using a wasted vacation day, 2+ hours of travel time the truck didn't start and I found the certified 100k warranty was a "internet mistake"(which over a week later still has not been corrected). Buyer beware!!

Easiest purhase ever

After many wasted hours at several other dealerships, I contacted Andrew Cohen at Fred Beans Chevrolet Doylestown,Pa. Andrew, was able to locate me the truck I was looking for and the price we agreed upon over the internet was exactly what it was when I came in to have him locate my new truck. This was by far the easiest transaction I have had in purchasing new vehicles.

Great Job all around by the Fred Beans Sales Team

I was in the market for a new Chevy Silverado 1500 and get out of my Subaru WRX. I worked with Dan Sweeney on the deal, and he did a great job. Was very informative and helpful and worked to get me the monthly number I needed. I walked away with a whole lot more truck than I thought I was going to be able to afford. Dan did a great job along with Erica, Charles, Zack and Chris, to make this a full team effort to get this deal done. No intimidation and no games just a great group of people that want to help get you in the car of your dreams! Thanks so much guys, it was hands down the best buying experience I have had at a dealership in my life.

great service

working with my sales person over a couple days we arrived at a price that i was willing to pay for my 2015 ,2500 hd.and a good price on my trade in.after that it was a very fast and smooth transaction.very happy with the way i was treated.

Great Experience!!!

From the minute we got there, the Fred Beans staff in Doylestown was helpful, friendly but not too pushy. This was great and we went back two days later and left with our new car. Great experience!!

Excellent Sales person

I always hate going to a dealership and being pressured. This was NOT what my experience at Fred Beans was. Our salesman's name was Dan and he literally ran around making sure we didn't wait any longer than absolutely necessary. He made us very comfortable and never pressured us in anyway. When we took delivery of our purchase he came out from the service area with a cleaning solution and rag. He was looking over our purchase and doing any last minute touch ups himself. I would highly recommend this dealership and encourage you to ask for Dan.
