great service from everybody.

Every time I have had my car serviced, I have been impressed with everybody in the dealership. When I drop my car off, the paperwork is handled quickly and I take the shuttle to work. Mechanic is outstanding. Service writer is friendly and efficient. Entire staff is friendly and happy. Always a good experience.

Great service lousy car

The service was excellent and the staff is always courteous. My only problem is the car that I am leasing. it is a 2012 Chevy Volt. The gas mileage is great but the overall experience with the car has been disappointing. It has been one thing after another, to the point that I can't wait for the lease to be over. I never feel confident that during everyday use it won't have another issue.

2014 Ford Focus

I recently purchased a used 2014 Ford Focus from the dealership. I worked with Dan Sweeney and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. I showed up at the dealership about a half hour before they opened to look through the lot on my own first. About 15 minutes before they opened, Dan came out and met me in the lot and asked if I needed help. Within an hour he had me test driving several different cars until I chose the one I wanted, which was priced reasonably. Nothing was forced on me during the process and every question I had was answered quickly. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful during the entire process, but my experience with the dealership was fantastic.

New Car Purchase

On a day before the 4th of July holiday we spend about 3 hours investigating and comparing the cars we were interested in. This meant test drives and visiting a few different dealers. All with the same salesman, Dan! We felt comfortable with him and left with a new Equinox at a fair price. I will visit Dan for my next purchase.

Everyone in the Fred Beans Chevrolet Service Center is courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I especially like service agent Lenny. He has a certain air like a famous jock that decided to work in a service center. He's fun. Thank you Beans service team. P.S. New Purchase

Great attention to detail. Zach Tuck made purchasing so simple and painless. After visiting eight other dealers, He not only gave me the best price, but had all my paperwork done and waiting for me when I arrived. Best dealership I ever worked with.

Corvette repairs

The paint and exterior detail work looked great. Someone left dirty grease handprints all over the drivers inside door panel which of course is a light grey. Not sure if it was the body shop or the dealer shop where the car was sent for state inspection.

Excellent Customer Services and Professionlism

I wanted to take this opportunity to send a Special Thank You to Zach Tuck (Sales/Leasing Consultant) and Manager Mark for providing me with Excellent Customer Services and Professionalism....immediately when I enter the doors of their showroom they both greeted me with a smile. Zach walked over immediately and introduced himself and asked how he could assist me. I informed Zach of my financial budget and he in returned spoke with the Manager Mark to see if things could be possible. Mark provided me with some options and at the end I was able to obtain the vehicle of my dreams. But, I would be remorse not to mention the other representative Charles who too made it his business to introduce himself and ensure that I was able to leave with my selected vehicle..... With that being said I needed this on record ...if any one is looking for a vehicle and wanted to be treated as a "VIP" than make your way immediately to Fred Beans Chevrolet and please ask for the Sales Rep. Zach and please say hello to the Manager Mark....because they all work as a team and truly appreciate their customers.....

Fast service department!

Happy with the service department! Was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Process only took 1 hour.
