Service Advisor Bruce Kenson is outstanding in his knowledge and attitude toward customer satisfaction. I'm also pleased with the excellent work done by the service techs. I've been coming to Beans for service since buying my Equinox in 2008.

Another good experience

This was the fifth vehicle that we have purchased from Fred Beans Chevrolet. We felt that after our internet search, they had the vehicle we wanted at the right price.(the lowest price is not a deciding fact) It is the perceived value and attention to detail that they offer. We look forward to many years with Fred Beans and our new car.

Great service, best customer support and service

I have checked the reviews for the Fredbeans before visiting their dealership. Once i visiting the dealership they proved that reviews are true, service/ support they offered is way above the expectations and i am very much satisfied.

Fred Beans -a great place to buy a car!

Dan Sweeney and the team at Fred Beans were GREAT to work with. I haven't purchased a Chevy since my first car. I came back to check it out and was so surprised and grateful for the help and informative time spent with us.

2015 Chevy SS Thanks to Fred Beans Chevrolet

This dealership was great. I purchased a new vehicle without all of the stress usually associated with new car buying from past experiences at other dealers. Zach was my sales person & he did an excellent job of catering to my needs throughout the process. I did not feel pressured at any time. He was patient & answered all of my questions about the new vehicle. Charlie in finance was very good as well, helping to streamline the process. My experience was better than expected.

I was very happy with my service at Fred Beans of Doylestown. My sales consultant was very pleasant and he took the time with me. They are all very nice there. They offered us water and coffee, and they did ask if we needed anything.

Great All Around Staff

Experience was fantastic from selecting a car to delivery. Everyone was nice and very proffessional. The reason we selected this dealership as we have been having our Saturns serviced here for over five years. The service department always exceeds our expectations. Very Pofessional

I had been dealing with Andrew Cohen via email regarding a particular vehicle. On a spur of the moment we decide to drive the 45 miles to the dealership. On a rainy day, unannounced we stopped by to see the vehicle. Well I was extremely impressed with the way I was treated. Andrew was very courteous and steered us to where the type of vehicle we were looking for was located. He did his as he was finishing with a customer. He then came and spent time with us and we found out the one vehicle we were looking at was sold. He then showed us other cars and explained the process if we decided to purchase. Never pushy always professional and left the decision up to us. We had one type of vehicle in mind so we went away empty but open to return if they get another vehicle like the one we are looing for.
