Bad experience.
Bad experience. Could not contact service advisor by phone or text. Left message and never received a call back. I went to the dealership to get my car back. Service advisor acted like he didn’t want my business. Not what I expected from a BMW dealership.

It's rare for what's usually a chore (getting a flat tire
It's rare for what's usually a chore (getting a flat tire fixed) to brighten your day, but that's the experience I had at BMW of the Main Line! Alexey was extremely thoughtful and communicative, and I couldn't have asked for a smoother or friendlier experience. Thanks so much to the whole team!

It was great up to 3 days prior to the scheduled test
It was great up to 3 days prior to the scheduled test drive, they told me they couldn’t hold the car and I understood that, I live 2 hours away but then I noticed it was not on the app and I reached out by text and email asking if the vehicle I was interested in sold and no one got back to me to let me know one way or another, communication was good at first then drastically fell off, poor customer service, happy I found the same car with less miles for less money so all in all happy it fell through with this dealership

I came to Mail Line BMW for service on my x5 after two
I came to Mail Line BMW for service on my x5 after two expensive attempts by another BMW dealer to fix an issue with my car. For the third attempt to remedy the unknown electrical & mechanical issue, the service manager, mechanic, service advisor all were involved to properly diagnose and fix my car. Dave the supervisor was amazing and personally oversaw all the work. They kept the car to test after the fix to ensure the problem did not recur. I was provided a loaner for the full time my vehicle was in service. I had not been to Main Line BMW in years because I had moved a bit far from that area. Again I am a satisfied customer as their quality and service is unmatched.

What I did not appreciate was some of the comments my
What I did not appreciate was some of the comments my service rep made to me first of all not wanting to do the work on my car because you all wouldn’t accept the part my warranty company was sending is absurd what do you care what part is out on as long as your making money off the labor core charges and any other fees associated I understand you all stand behind your work but if the part failed that my warranty company was going to send that doesn’t go against you it goes against my warranty company I feel as though my service rep Jackson was not being honest with me I feel as though because my warranty companies part was so much cheaper the decision was made not to do the work from a financial stand point not part quality Jackson also said I wouldn’t be able to afford the outstanding balance that would need to be payed after my warranty company payed their portion who is he to determine what I can afford or not my finances are none of his business and after he made that statement and assumption about me you don’t have to worry about me bringing my car back there for anything if I can help it that statement was rude and condescending dismissive and down right inappropriate so my over all experience was a negative one no I didn’t but my car from a BMW dealer but if I bring my car in I should be treated and respected the same as someone who did the only reason I didn’t pay out of pocket is because I have a warranty yes I could’ve payed out of pocket and if it comes down to it that I have to I won’t bring me business back there and if he tried to dupe on the cost of my transfer case how do I know if the other stuff he said I need done needs to be how do I know he’s not trying to dupe me on those repairs also that’s y I said no to you all doing my oil pan he wasn’t trying to offer me the price of my transfer case being done with the one my warranty company was going to send he gave me a price of how much id have to pay out of pocket using you alls transfer case he wasn’t up front and honest it all came down to how much money he could make for the dealership but not for me getting my car back operational in the most cost efficient manor so i Thanku you all for the lesson learned and as they say never take your car to the dealer they’re only out to get you Jason Pope
