Dishonest, there is no such thing called punctuality, they try to charge stuff as looking ways to get more money of customer. 1: paid money for wheel balance and tire rotation never happened. 2:guess how many days car stayed in service? 10 days 3: after 10 days, no one at dealership was courteous enough to check all fluids. They gave me car back with same windshield washer fluid warning.

Horrible service job. Kept my car for days and billed me for services they did not even do. I have the tire and wheel package but getting them to repair a bent rim was a pain. Also charged me full price for parts on their faulty loaner and said it was my fault.
