I went to BMW Mainline for my vehicle recall service.

I went to BMW Mainline for my vehicle recall service. They gave me a loaner so I didn’t have to sit and wait for my vehicle. They kept me posted on my car status and offer a video inspection of my vehicle. Debbie my service advisor and valet service staff were pleasant and quick. Overall experience was great!

My car was in for a recall.

My car was in for a recall. Service techs completed the service within the estimated timeframe. In addition they identified another issue, made me aware of it, and rectified it within the same appointment.

Extremely satisfied with Harold.

Extremely satisfied with Harold. He took the time to listen and provided clear explanations and he was able to save me from a return trip to the dealership (with respect to an issue that was not previously communicated to the dealership ) by working with his colleagues to resolve the issue. It was comforting to benefit from BMW of the Main Line's team approach to customer service.

The service team was great!

The service team was great! The loaner process was very smooth, I was in and out of there in no time. They were finished with my vehicle by the end of the day. I was very impressed with their service.

Rude arrogant awful people will not buy from this dealer made an appt to test drive was told upon arrival that the car was not available and that my wife and I should leave Fridas was the sales guy
