Amazing service!
Amazing service! From entering the pull in area, to being kept up to date with my car repairs and recommended services, to nice spot to wait, to the check out….with a car all repaired and washed! The scheduling of service is easy on their web site. The service advisors are pleasant and knowledgeable. All in all, this is my spot! Not going anywhere else!

The service department at BMW of the Main Line so far
The service department at BMW of the Main Line so far exceeds other BMW dealers. I came in with a minor issue, without an appointment. They fit me in, corrected the minor problem, no charge, then fit me in for a rear brake replacement so i didn't have to come back in a few weeks. Jonathan is a wonderful advisor.

I went to BMW Mainline for my vehicle recall service.
I went to BMW Mainline for my vehicle recall service. They gave me a loaner so I didn’t have to sit and wait for my vehicle. They kept me posted on my car status and offer a video inspection of my vehicle. Debbie my service advisor and valet service staff were pleasant and quick. Overall experience was great!

Extremely satisfied with Harold.
Extremely satisfied with Harold. He took the time to listen and provided clear explanations and he was able to save me from a return trip to the dealership (with respect to an issue that was not previously communicated to the dealership ) by working with his colleagues to resolve the issue. It was comforting to benefit from BMW of the Main Line's team approach to customer service.
