This dealership ignored my requests for more detailed photographs of 2 vehicles, instead repeatedly asking when I could come in for a test drive. I expressed to them that I'm buying from out of state and can't travel to multiple, distant locales to test drive vehicles I'm interested in, thus I requested more detailed photographs that would make it worth my while to travel from Atlanta. They shut me off at that point, clearly indicating that they're not interested in helping out-of-state online customers and are unwilling to deal outside of their dealership arena. I wanted to apprise the owner of the snubbing I got from the used car manager and asked for contact information that was also ignored. I've removed Fred Beans from my search and would recommend the same to out-of-state, online customers.

Mr. Trapaga...I'm sorry to hear we have dropped the ball on this one. I know your last major request for us was to take additional photos of the MKX. We did upload the additional photos online. The photos show the rims for any curb damage, any/all minor scratches and dents, plus any rust on the tow hitch for you to review. This is where the disconnect happened, which no one communicated to you that they were posted online. I apologize for the miscommunication and will make sure it does not happen again. I'm glad you have purchased a Lincoln MKX regardless of this poor experience and I'm always happy to see another Lincoln out on the road!

Fred Bean Ford West Chester
Joy Smith was the sales person and she was great. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process quite easy. The facility was immaculately clean everyone there was friendly. They even had cold water and fresh baked cookies for my girls. I would recommend this dealership to anybody, and actually I have mentioned it to a couple people.
