Dealing with Dave was the most pleasant experience Ive had in buying a car. I have bought many over the past 35 yrs. From the Internet search to the dealer service, this is a top notch dealership. No pressure, no lies, and a great deal that didnt take all day to get through.

I inquired about a Ford Focus ST from here. The BDC person was very helpful and included both the CarFax and Mulroney for my perusal. Unfortunately, I was not able to buy because the car went fast, but I'll keep these folks in mind when I'm in the market again!

Bought from Kevin Deets in the past and my father always went to him when he was alive so Kevin was the first (and only) one we called when looking for a hybrid vehicle and a used truck for farm utility. Told him we were in no hurry but he called a day later and said he had a used truck for us to look at and confirmed a C-Max Energy would be available for us to drive since they sell very quickly. Fell in love with the C-Max Energy and agreed to lease. Didn't get the 1st truck he showed us but did get the 2nd, an F10 that met all our needs. He made it so easy we decided not to look at any other dealerships for comparisons. An overall pleasant experience. Will definitely buy from Kevin again!

scheduling challenges and website nearly useless
I have been using Fred Beans Ford in West Chester for every service and repair since my vehicle was purchased (from a distant dealership) in 2012. The team set-up they use is helpful and the service/repairs are good as well. However, the recently while just trying to schedule service it seems as if they can't be bothered to even help you. The online scheduling tool no longer work, the "live chat" service they used to have is no longer available, and when I called last week and again today to try to schedule an appointment, I was put on hold or transferred multiple times and after several transfers I simply hung up. I would like to send this directly to Fred Beans of WC, but there is no online "contact us" link on their website either.

Service repair - Follow up by General Manager
I posted earlier about issues I had with the service department. I had had some trouble with inflated prices Last night I got a call from the General Manager of Fred Beans Ford, Jack Enright. Jack was very gracious and deeply concerned about the issues I had with the service department. He reviewed our situation and we were pleased with the resolution. I am glad we were able to get this resolved. We have been customers of Fred Beans for a long time and will continue that relationship.

Major issues with the service department
I had been using Fred Beans Ford for years to do the more complicated (anything other than oil, brakes or tires)work for my 2 Ford vehicles. Recently the power door locks and the air conditioning both stopped working in the 2009 Expedition. I took it straight over to Fred Beans thinking it needed factory parts and who better to take care of it. They didn't have the parts in stock and wouldn't have them for a few days. They estimated the repair over $1200.00. I couldn't go without the vehicle on the next available appointment so I told them I would call back and reschedule when I didn't need to use it. I went to pick it up and they told me there was a $238.00 diagnostic fee I almost fell over. I understand there is some cost to the diagnosis but thought that was really expensive! I went back and forth trying to figure how this was so expensive. The only answer they could give was there are 2 problems so 2 diagnostic fees at 119.00 per problem. I eventually paid it because they wouldn't give me my keys other wise. I called the Mieneke down the street and told them what happened. They said come on in and we will take a look.. They diagnosed AND repaired the problem for just over $500.00. Mieneke then told me that the diagnosis you paid $238.00 for was wrong. The part I needed was a fraction of the cast Fred Beans was charging me to replace.

Amazing customer service
I was in the area on business and on a rainy day, my wiper motor stop working. I was pressed for time and once the dealer open I stopped in for repairs;However, the dealer did not have the part. Rather then take a payment for finding the problem and send me on my way like any other dealer would, the corporate service team lead by Jason Fogleman moved mountains found the part and installed it in amazing time. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

Needed a car asap...STILL need a car asap.
Waited hours. Went through the entire buying process (test drive, pricing, trade-in appraisal, paper work) before we were told the credit check system was supposedly down...hmm...or maybe they didn't want to make a deal because we didn't want to put money down on a car peaking 100,000 miles in which they offered absolutely no warranty for. Either way, we got nothing from the deal.
