Steve went above and beyond.

Steve went above and beyond. I can’t begin to say how easy he made the process. I so appreciate the amazing customer service and he definitely went above and beyond. I am forever a customer of his.

Clara was very helpful in teaching me the operation of my new 2022 Sonata SEL Plus enough where I had referred her to a client of mine. Not to be trusted

Salesperson blantenly lied about the interest rate on my used car loan. I had reservations before the purchase and should have gone with my instincts.

Bernard was AMAZING!

Bernard was AMAZING! He jumped in to help and made sure everything was taken care of. His his patience and kindness shine through even if it was just a text message. His smile was welcoming and made everything go smoothly. Please ask for Bernard for any future car needs I will definitely be back to work with Bernard again :)

Rude, over priced and deceitful.

Rude, over priced and deceitful. Only interested in making a buck. Over priced cars. Will to sell old vehicles ready to break down and financed until they are worthless.

No interest in good customer service. False advertising on their website. Only interested in taking customers for whatever they can. Worst dealership in the tri-state

My experience with Conicelli Hyundai was top notch. I value an easy, no-BS process and they delivered on all fronts. David K, the internet manager, provided an online, out-the-door price exactly as I had requested and extremely competitive in the market. Steve K, our salesperson, and Glenn B, the sales manager, communicated exceptionally well and played no games with the deal while we waited for the vehicle to arrive. Once at the dealership, the closing process was smooth, fast, and extremely pleasant. Finally, their finance manager Michael J was able to obtain financing that beat the already ultra-low rate we had obtained in advance from our credit union. Overall, our car-buying process with Conicelli Hyundai was as good as it gets and I highly recommend them.

problems solved

i wrote a bad review because i couldn’t get any results about my issues. it was apparently a communication problem with one person. i have since spoken to two different people and they have resolved my problems in a timely manner. it’s my understanding the other person is no longer handling my situation. i’d like to specifically thank josh for his help and for eric to reaching out to make sure things were resolved. i tried to amend my other review, but for some reason i am not able.
