Can’t say enough about how great this car buying...

Can’t say enough about how great this car buying experience was. I’m very grateful that my precise requests were honored. Bernard is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Ask for him and you won’t be disappointed I have purchased quite a few cars…. This experience topped them all.

After months of trying to get warrantied service to fix...

After months of trying to get warrantied service to fix paint problems on my special edition Ironman Kona, I finally got my car back and it is BROKEN. Never mind the fact that you returned the car with zero gas in it and didn't bother washing it. The front passenger door lock now only works manually. Maybe that has something to do with the multiple panic alarms I received while my car was in Conicelli's hands? Who knows? Any communication I've gotten through this 3+ month odyssey has only been as a result of me following up on promised-but-never-made return calls. The only reason I will ever deal with Conicelli again is for the warranty service I have through the dealership and not through Hyundai. ZERO STARS.

Purchase was a very satisfying experience. Staff was extremely helpful. They answered all questions, provided a hands on demonstration of the car's features and also provided good explanations for the purchase procedures.

I contacted Bernard Jones a few times by email. Last time...

I contacted Bernard Jones a few times by email. Last time I contacted him, I asked to set an appointment: he never responded. When I complained to the sales manager, Bernard Jones sent a letter to me as if we had met/discussed the car I was interested in. Bernard Jones never made a good faith effort to contact me. Long story short, Bernard Jones needs to improve his customer skills.

Wanted to thank everyone involved in the purchase of my new 2020 Hyundai Sonata. From Lori Hammond to David Kahn to our GM Glenn Beck who treated me like a queen. Gianna who did the financing was very quick and explained everything and Bernard Jones he explained the car like a pro. This is by far the best experience I have ever had. Thank you guys so much.
