Going back every time

My service advisor, Daryl was able to get me in and out. He also told me about the benefits of getting a Mopar Service Plan and how I can save long term. I?m really considering the plan. I was treated great and made to feel like more than just another customer.

Clear Sight

I have noticed a significant improvement in the service department at this location. Mr. Daryl Jones is outstanding, and should be training everyone (including the Managers) on what it takes to meet the satisfaction service needs of customers. This young man is outstanding -- my faith in Jeep repairs, at AutoNation, is now restored. Having someone answer a call and or return a call is miraculous for this location -- thank you Mr. Jones for professionalism. I am still in awe!!

Misses

Car had to stay almost to days for oil change and tire rotation, tire rotation was not done when returned to pickup the car next day, even knowing it was mentioned in the paper work, had to leave the car for about 5 hours again, for the inconvenient service advisor promised a car wash and it was never done, actually they tried to trick me putting some tire shine on my tires (ridiculous), as they had washed the car, ( ridiculous again) Service Associate was nice but had no back up from his colleagues. Promised me another car wash, which I do not have time for this back and forth.

Service my Car

I leased my 2018 jeep compass in this dealer and after 18000 miles the car computer showed a check engine and check transmission lights. I went to the dealer service to check the car and they told me that they don’t have transmission technician. I had to go to Arrigo Sawgrass to get my car checked.

I don't normally do reviews, etc., good or bad. But I gotta be real..... I've been a customer of AutoNation Jeep (Dodge, etc.) in Pines for quite a number of years. Sales, service writers, techs and staff tend to come and go, but everyone there has always been and still is first-class all the way. My new service writer, Jesus Martinez and I hit it off instantly and once again I knew why I stay with the place. Y'all keep on keepin' on !

Never again with Autonation or Jeep

Purchased my dream car after being in Honda and Kia minivans with Rick Case....Jeep Grand Cherokee with Autonation. Sales was good enough experience but that's where the good service ends. For a company as large as Autonation it is apparent that they require more personnel to run it efficiently. Service department is lacking. On EVERY occasion that I have been to the service department, while the attendants are very nice, the department is lacking several key factors for good service: Answering calls when they come in Communication Timely service Follow through Additionally I have had to fix the auto start with one month of getting car which was not working. Then in the course of 9 months an emission sensor keeps going bad on three different occassions....on a brand new car. This last occasion, the engine light came on and I assumed it would be same problem again. Appt made so I dropped car in at 945am. Told within an hour or so he would advise what the issue was. 330pm no follow up so I called and of course no answer! Even to the "personal" cell number provided. Decided to go there and see what was happening. Arrived and now being told needed half hour. So I said I would wait. 445pm still no car. 500pm as I walk to the front to find out what the heck was happening I see my vehicle in the front sitting there. no one came to say car was ready. my service rep no where to be found. no paperwork provided. Another rep called my assigned rep and he quickly told me what they found a d fixed...the emissions sensor again. Then said i can take the car and he would email documents. Sorry to say but after this experience and my previous 3, I can say without a doubt the sevice Department is one main reason I would never buy another car with Autonation. And I would never buy another Jeep because of the constant failings. Such a disappointment all around.
