Betsy is the angel of the dealership.
I always dealt with Betsy at the service counter. She is amazing. RemembeReeds me every time. Knows what to do. In fact she is always helping so many people it seems as though she is the only 1 that is capable. My jeep came back after being serviced and it was supposed to be washed. Thw job was so bad I actually laughed at it Betsy was so emb. I knew it was not her fault at all. I didn't have the time to redo the jeep.

Going back every time
My service advisor, Daryl was able to get me in and out. He also told me about the benefits of getting a Mopar Service Plan and how I can save long term. I?m really considering the plan. I was treated great and made to feel like more than just another customer.

Clear Sight
I have noticed a significant improvement in the service department at this location. Mr. Daryl Jones is outstanding, and should be training everyone (including the Managers) on what it takes to meet the satisfaction service needs of customers. This young man is outstanding -- my faith in Jeep repairs, at AutoNation, is now restored. Having someone answer a call and or return a call is miraculous for this location -- thank you Mr. Jones for professionalism. I am still in awe!!

Misses
Car had to stay almost to days for oil change and tire rotation, tire rotation was not done when returned to pickup the car next day, even knowing it was mentioned in the paper work, had to leave the car for about 5 hours again, for the inconvenient service advisor promised a car wash and it was never done, actually they tried to trick me putting some tire shine on my tires (ridiculous), as they had washed the car, ( ridiculous again) Service Associate was nice but had no back up from his colleagues. Promised me another car wash, which I do not have time for this back and forth.

Service my Car
I leased my 2018 jeep compass in this dealer and after 18000 miles the car computer showed a check engine and check transmission lights. I went to the dealer service to check the car and they told me that they don’t have transmission technician. I had to go to Arrigo Sawgrass to get my car checked.
