Review for Sales: I bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I worked with the sales associate Ronnie Alvarez, Financial Service manager Salvatore Russo, and the manager Glenn. This is the first car that I'm buying by myself in order to build some credit and these guys helped me and worked with me to get me to the price I was looking for. Very helpful, they followed up with me, and they made the car buying process smooth. They were all very respectful and attentive. COVID-19: The facility is very clean, all the employees wear masks, and they have sanitizing stations all over the place. 5/5 experience.

Worst service
I usually do not write negative reviews; however, my experience with AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Pembroke Pines Service Department was horrific. It was so horrible that I will NEVER again purchase a Jeep nor anything affiliated with it. I have had a total of 4 jeeps in the past (Laredo, liberty, trailhawk, and currently a compass). I am sadden and so highly disappointed with the service department. Furthermore, I am embarrassed to be driving around in my jeep. In 2015 I purchased a trialhawk which ended up having transmission issues. There was a recall and I brought it to this dealer. I was informed that I needed to leave my Jeep. When I requested a rental they said that I would have to pay out-of-pocket. It is unfair to have a new Jeep with a recall and the rental not be provided free of charge. It is unreasonable. This time around, I specifically dealt with Daryl Jones a service manger. My Jeep battery died and I purchased a $189.99 battery from the auto store. The reason I purchased a battery was because my Jeep was immovable and the towing company was unable to take it to the dealer. When the battery died, the Jeep stayed in park and could not be moved. After replacing the battery I took it t AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Pembroke Pines Service Department. I was informed that if I returned the Mopar battery from my Jeep, I would get reimbursed since my Jeep is under warranty. So I went to the auto store and got my old battery and returned it to the dealer, specifically to Mr. Jones. Mr. Jones informed me that my old battery has to undergo a diagnostic test to verify that it is no good for the reimbursement. In addition to the battery issue, I has a windshield sensor replaced and updated the radio. It took a total of 2 days to get my Jeep fixed. That was two Fridays that I took off from work to leave my Jeep to get fix. I was not given a shuttle to my home so I had to Uber myself back and forth all times. So l lost money from the two days of not working and from the four times of Ubering. The slap in face was what Mr. Jones did with the battery. The service department gave me one of their batteries and placed the one I bought in the back of trunk of my Jeep. Batteries are not refunded in auto stores. Now I am stuck with a battery that cost me $189.99 and was NOT reimbursed for. That was called a trade. And my windshield sign is still displaying on my dashboard indicating there?s something wrong. Do yourself a favor and go else where for service. Words of wisdom? ?Don?t blame a clown for acting like a clown. Ask yourself why you keep going to the circus.? I?m done dealing with these clowns.

I leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee because of the easy manner the lease was conducted by the salesman without pushing us to make a deal. That is what sold me and I will be coming back.

Vehicles should be cleaned after working on it
I had the batteries changed, new batteries, $ 718.00, we received the van dirty, they didn?t care to clean it after they worked on it!!! And this is not the first time that they didn?t clean the vehicle after working on it!!!
