My elderly Dad paid cash for a new car. At the end of the deal was told cannot help you with title! Title person no help upon my (being out of state) call in. Temporary plate expires. I’m on it now, but 10 minutes with title persons help (who was completely unpleasant) and a written instruction sheet would have made it easy. Do not allow your elderly relatives to shop here.

Hello, I am sorry your having issues with getting your car titled out of State. With the Covid 19 pandemic we have had many issues with MVD departments and getting documents needed to expedite this process. Unfortunately each State has its own requirements on what is needed to title out of state. Hope this helps, you can call our title dept at 480-898-6789

DO NOT take your car for service, they apparently think their customers are stupid. broke to trim pieces on my car, first they siuper glued them together hoping i wouldnt notice. then i take it back for them to "fix" it only to have them replace the glue with a self taping screw on the bottom hoping i wouldn't notice again, and to top it all of not only did they steal some lottery tickets out of my car but also about 100 dollars in cash i keep in the car for emergencies

Great Experience
I worked with Jonathan Granholm with Big Two Toyota of Chandler over the phone. He was professional and extremely helpful, putting the needs of the customer first. He was not out to simply make a sale, he helped to make the best decision for me. He went out of his way to assist me and I would absolutely recommend him to any friends or family looking to purchase a vehicle. If the rest of the staff is as pleasant and helpful as he is, then any customer is sure to have a great buying experience at this dealership.

First time buying a used car from dealership and they...
First time buying a used car from dealership and they increased price from $15k to $19k even though car was there for weeks and KBB value for fair fair purchase price between $16 and $17.9- Expressed interest April 1 and bought car the 15th. Internet price had increased to just under $17k and they added $2k when I went in. I wish I would've waited and not put so much down for the down payment. That's on me for not being more assertive, I guess.

Til change and safety check. now the engine light comes on. I checked the gas cap, it wasn't put back on correctly. I reseated it right. Engine light still comes on. i'm going to get a ODB2 meter to see what else they did to may car.

Excellent buying experience
I couldn’t be happier about my experience buying a used Toyota from Big Two. The car was as represented on the internet. The price was really the price, no hidden extra charges, fees for cleaning it etc... Randi was personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The attention given to me while waiting for the paperwork and prep was appreciated although the wait was less than I have experienced at other dealers.
