I have been to this BMW service center multiple times and never even once had it failed to impress me with their great service and excellent facility. Last time I was there Vince Adams has accommodated me even though I came in much earlier than my appointment with him to replace my recalled Takata air bags. Prior to that, Kris Mason, my service advisor has always provided great service and made sure my car is well taken care of. Chapman BMW Chandler has a great service team and I'm glad this is where I go to get my car serviced.
