Sales and Service are great!

Marvin White, Jeff Orenstein and Matt Konacek all do a professional job from sales to service. I have used Chapman BMW for the last 15 years and had a great experience every time! Just wanted to do another review on the great service I JUST received at Chapman BMW. Matt Konacek and the team there do a fantastic job getting me in fast, taking 100% perfect care of my car and getting me out professionally. They also do a great job of managing cost so I am 100% confident in the estimates and repairs I get.

Service repair for an alert for parking light

Worked with Jeremy for service and he was able to get the repair done in less than 10 minutes and back on my way with complete fix of the problem.

The Best!

I couldn?t be happier with my experience at Chapman BMW Chandler and with Customer Relations Manager, Karl Muik. It?s hard to believe that I am on my 5th M-series and I always return to Chapman and Karl. They could not make the process any easier. Everyone is genuinely committed to providing the best experience and service when buying your new vehicle. They go above and beyond in every aspect and are committed to you, their valued customer. In addition, I only service my vehicle at Chapman BMW Chandler (Thanks to Mike Reeves). I live in the North Scottsdale area and I choose to travel all the way to Chandler to buy and service my vehicles. If you are going to buy the best, then you need to only have the best people handling your vehicle, from start to finish. You couldn?t pay me to buy or service elsewhere.

Excellent buying experience

I'm a new owner of a BMW thanks to Chapman.I've bought many cars throughout the years and I've never had such an amazing experience, as I did in the last few days at Chapman BMW Chandler. The company seems to be well run. I was extremely impressed with my sales associate Aaron Passarelli he new every detail about this car and was able to explain to me about the advantages so I felt 100% comfortable with my large purchase. On top of the professionalism at no point did I feel like I was being sold or pressured to make a sale. worth the drive?

traveled 400 miles for a car. got pretty good deal on it.everything went fairly smooth for a very large dealer,almost felt like we were in a puppy mill.unfortunately i left my garage door opener in my trade in.noticed on ride back home.contacted my service adviser,was told it would be mailed to me.well two weeks,still no opener

Terrible customer service - Zero Star

My experience with this dealer in the last 3 years has been awful. Unfortunately, I had to deal with JJ Garcia to purchase my own car at end of the lease. He was unprofessional, condescending and unhelpful right from day one. At the end, we felt we were conned and bought a car from a sales staff with record of horrible customer service. All I heard from Mr. Shane (GM) was - I will get back to you after I check. This was three months ago and still waiting. Dealing with service is no different. If you are lucky you may get a courteous one like David Pence. If you go to Chandler BMW count on your good luck and pray for good experience.

I've been very fortunate to find a dealer and a service advisor I trust implicitly. Matt Konecek is the best service advisor I've had the opportunity to work with. I highly recommend him for your servicing needs!!
