Chapman BMW Chandler

Extremely disappointed in the service we received which was no service. We got a check engine light in our bmw and I called a few minutes before 4 PM and we were told we can stop by for a diagnosis. We show up at 4:09 and we were told by Mark that the diagnosis will take an hour and they close at 5 PM and they refused service because it would go over 10 MINUTES. We are from out of town, Albuquerque NM to be exact and we have to drive back home tomorrow, 6 hour drive. We asked if there was any other place we could take to car and they said no. I told them that the person I spoke on the phone with told me we could stop by for a diagnosis even knowing we would arrive a little after 4 PM. Unacceptable now we are stuck in Chandler. Poor service, they wouldn’t even listen to our story. At this point I’m crossing my fingers and hoping we can make it home.

Not many people enjoy the whole car buying experience, I personally dreaded it, & I'm in the business. (different auto group) But Chapman BMW has Metin Gurbuz, & because of him, I now own a new BMW. He is amazing, and together he & Bruce made buying a new car enjoyable, I'd go so far as to say fun! Thank you again Metin, Bruce, Jacklyn, Tyler, & the new GSM, I look forward to buying from you again in the future!

Always have a great service experience here. Vince, as usual goes above and beyond, even though they were crazy busy. For service would not go anywhere else.

Purchase Experience Redeemed First of all, absolutely love the vehicle hence I'm a returning customer. I was contacted by the general manager about upgrading my vehicle lease 4 months early. I agreed, completed paperwork, and received the vehicle. There was a mixup in the remaining balance for the old vehicle but I'm happy to report that this has been resolved. I do like this dealership and the people there.

i was overseas and my wife bought a BMW 328i with these guys and she got charged 10% interest rate and my wife honestly didn't had any knowledge of all this, they took an advantage of this, after few months when i got back i got to know this and contacted her bank they said its too much and right away gave me an interest rate of 3%, so be careful with these guys here at chandler, i would suggest better get approved by your bank, never trust these guys. Brokered a deal set up a time to come in and do the paperwork, then two hours later I get a call they had a guy in there to look at it and long story short they sold it out from under me same day. Won’t ever go back
