The experience was seamless. Adam was my sales rep and he was great to work with. He went to great lengths from the test drive to the final signing in finance to make sure I was comfortable in the process. He was well informed, patient, and really easy going throughout the whole process. I also worked with John and Stephen as well and they were great too. The whole process was smooth. If I had one thing I would complain about, and it’s minor, I didn’t like the hard sell in finance about extended/additional warranties for sale. It felt like I was being guilted by scare tactics when I said no. I understand that’s their job so I get it, but once I said no it should have been dropped. Overall though I can’t recommend this dealership enough.

Horrible experience with this dealership!A priced car...
Horrible experience with this dealership! A priced car online and dealership wanted $2000 dollars on fees to compensate foe the price they were lately wanting to seek the vehicle. I started negotiating with them and manage to have the manager drop $500 from the absurd $2000 dealers fees from the initial quote. Working directly until yesterday, wasting my time and effort This morning gave the ok to purchase and the dealership just to save $500 decided to sell the car without even an advice. After I sent all my information and did all arrangements, I was informed of the sale This dealership should not be allowed to perform its business practices in this fashion I expected as a decency and respect for an advice of the potential sale. The dealership’s practices are shady and doubtful in combination with the manager and salesman. I have come to expect more from BMW I drive 2 BMWs - 530 and x7 and in addition have owned many ones. I have never expected they could fall so low. Before purchasing make sure and find out what you are getting into. The initial quote provided came with a $2000 surcharge and the second one with a $1500. This made me doubtful about what I was getting into as I had never encountered these over inflated dealership fees. Customary, I have seen anything between $600-800 in dealership fees, but nothing over $1000.less $2000. Finally at $1500, I swallowed my pride and accepted the offer to realize that the car was sold at a higher price and I was not even taken into consideration or given the opportunity. We have also found that different states have different business models and the one we presented to you is very common here in Arizona. The competition has gotten so fierce that we do have to charge fees etc. and our clients tend to understand the business model we present. As far as the vehicle being sold ahead of you; well, that we cannot control. It seems that the salesperson tried to reach out to you many times without an answer of if you wanted to complete the transaction or not and in the meantime, another client agreed to purchase the car. The dealership wasted my time while selling the car for a few more dollars instead of giving me an opportunity to respond to the quote. Of course, once the dealership and management recognized that the vehicle was undervalued for the current market, immediately with the first opportunity the new selling price was placed for a bid at several thousand dollars higher. Frankly, very disappointed with their business practices and commitment. Sometimes sincerity and loyalty can reach longer than the monetary remuneration. I drive an x7 and a 530e currently. Today, with the addition of the 2 series I feel very comfortable that the latter has been a better decision than the showing 330i offered at Chapman dealership for just under $30,000 now selling for over $34,000.. Beyond Great.
I would like to congratulate Chapman BMW Chandler, for having a superb customer service associate, Mr. Tarek Mosalli went above and beyond to help us find our perfect car. We were coming from out of town, an approximate 3 hour drive to look for Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, we came across a Toyota at a few dealers, with the ups and downs of purchasing a vehicle it was fairly disappointing that we couldn't find a car that could fit our budget and that would have features that would appeal our research. We were coming CASH on hand to purchase a car and stay away from a car payment. When we got there the car of our dreams had just been picked up from another salesman and another buyer, (it had happened the day before as well, at another dealer) and it got sold, but Mr.Tarek did not stop there he found us a replacement with much better mileage, 3 years newer and, at an unbeatable price!! Everything was well, except we were a few hundreds short from Payment, well Mr Tarek saw our disappointment, and jumped into action!! He moved numbers and fought for us. We never thought that at a BMW dealer we would find our perfect Certified Pre-owned Vehicle. Thank You Mr. Tarek for you attention and patience, thank you for your kindness towards my wife, and thank you for your kindness towards my two small children that do not understand the world of grown-ups and were more than a handful but still you showed class and true customer service. BMW ALPINA B7
I tray to purchase 2014 BMW ALPINA B7 and ship to Chicago possible with trade and they never responded seriously and they told me car its not for sale didn't pass inspection and service have high bill for that car . Why you still advertise for that car if didn't pass inspection or why is still for sale ?

Damir, Thank you for your review and we are sorry about your experience. Unfortunately, this car didn’t pass our inspection process to be able to sell in our center. Because the vehicle had such low miles we actually put it back in the shop for another inspection. Now two technicians independently identified many repairs that would be needed that would make this vehicle cost prohibitive to sell. We have now taken the vehicle offline and are going to wholesale it. Sorry about the confusion. Shane M. Bad Service Department
I would advise staying clear of this service department as the technicians do not check over your car or properly do the inspections their post to do. Also seems like they might be way over charging you for different services. Be Careful. My BMW car battery died and would not start and had to jump start it. After jump starting it a check light engine come on for Electronic Dampening Control EDC malfunction. So, I brought my BMW Z4 in for battery problems with the check light engine that I thought was related to the battery not holding a proper charge, but they will figure all that out. They charge a $175 diagnosed fee that can be applied to charges, and after the inspection of my car I was told I need to replace my Battery, Coolant Fluid, Brake Flush, Oil Service. Even though all the fluid showed good in my BMW Dashboard with only the check engine error of EDC Control showing up as a problem. I wanted my car in perfect condition, so told them to do everything and I throw down $1000 and replaced all the fluids and battery. I waited till it was ready and went to go grab my car. I was told the car is in perfect condition and everything is checked out. I again asked about the check engine light and if it was just related to the battery and was told it was and that everything was good. She went on about how she thought that nothing could be wrong with the car due do how low the millage is on the car and they checked everything out and its perfect. She then talked about it being Friday and how she was trying to unlock a car with the remote and somehow all four of the car windows rolled down. She had to get other people to come look and figure it out, hope everything is okay with his car but hearing this makes more concern that they do not know what their doing as I feel they should know everything about BMW. Well, I jump in the car and what is right there on the dashboard of my car, The check engine light. I scroll on the monitor and same error is there. How does no one not see the light on when giving back the car even when just asking about it. It shows it in two places, the dashboard, and the monitor. This makes me feel the quality control is next to zero if they cannot even see a simple light. It went through inspection without ever being seen and was given back to me with it still on. Anyways I turned the car around and showed them. They called the technician but no answer, she thought its probably just a thing that needs to be driven to clear or they will clear it later. So, I was told to bring it in the next day and they would check it all out. Okay next attempt, sad to miss out on my day off but will do what needs to be done since it was not done right the first time. I bring it back in and leave it for a few more hours, I was then told the EDC Module needs to be replaced. How did you guys miss this on the first checkup even when mentioned multiple times? To replace it I was quoted $1847. $1200 for parts and about $650 for labor. Now this price seems to be outrageous, I can buy a used BMW Z4 2015 EDC Module from Ebay for $250 or I can buy a brand new one from BMW of Monterey for $737.66 and $40 for shipping. This is before installation price, but I believe, not sure, to replace the module and program it should not take no more than an hour and $650 seems to be steep labor cost especially when things are not checked over well or missing obvious things, like a check a check engine light on. I have basic car knowledge and over decades of education I am now able to read if a light is on or off just like a fly, ooooo pretty light. (Bad Joke but really come on how does everyone miss such a simple important light that shows up in two spots and when brought in for that reason. The world may never know. In end - Didn't fix the problems I brought the car in for. Charge me for fluids that were already good (but it was my choice but did this because I thought everything else was fine) I believe they are attempting to over charg

As a person who is a service advisor, I was very happy with Jonelle and the whole BMW experience. From drop off to pick up, I was informed every step of the way through my service process. I was very impressed with the Tech Israel walk through video of my car showing me exactly what my car needs and why. I got email and text of the exact estimate and the option to pay online before I picked up to make my pick seamless. I will continue to drive out of my way to go here for service. I highly recommend.
