I wasn’t greeted.

I wasn’t greeted. I had to go in and look for someone. I was asked to take a seat. My service tech Juan went straight to my suv first and sent the car runner to get my keys from me. My suv went in for reapply of Zaktek at 8:07am and was done at 8:30ish am. Not sure how it was reapplied, a wait time given, washed & dried in less than 30 mins??? I questioned that it was done correctly and Juan said yes & walked away.

Since July 12, 2024 I have been corresponding with Ricky

Since July 12, 2024 I have been corresponding with Ricky Manning, Johnathan Bryant (Executive Manager), and most recently Isaiah Mendiola. All of these guys have been trying to get me in the dealership to discuss a sale because they did not believe I was serious. I informed them it is not practical to drive 45 mins and coordinate a sitter to talk preliminary numbers, I needed something worth going in for. This morning at 8:58am Isaiah confirmed stock on #R9501254, I informed him yesterday I would be in after 1p. On my way to the dealership, I messaged Isaiah notifying him I would be there in 45min. Upon arrival no one greeted me for minutes at the sales counter. Finally, a salesperson informed me the vehicle I confirmed this morning with Isaiah was sold. Scottsdale Infinity, I came to your dealership ready to do business. You wasted my time. I hope you are able to treat your future clients with better communication and consideration for the efforts they make to coordinate being away from their children to drive 45 mins one way to Scottsdale Infinity, to then learn the vehicle they are interested in and confirmed stock on, was sold.
