I purchased my Infiniti from another Infiniti store and it was having some issues I took it into the service department at Infiniti of Scottsdale and they went over all the problems it had and gave me what I felt was a fair price to fix it they so introduced me to a Sales Manager who was able to take the vehicle in on trade and put me in a BRAND NEW car. They were extremely helpful with the entire process start to finish. They heard me out and got me into exactly what I was looking for now I have a new car with full warranty and it came with 3 years of maintenance. I am very happy and will be back here for my next vehicle.

I have bought a car from their inventory recently and the promises made were not kept by the dealer and gave me a hard time in communicating and dealing with them. I literally had to fight for the promises their sales team made me and I am still fighting for the other mishaps from their end of servicing. It is highly unlikely that I recommend this dealer if this is how they want to operate. I am deeply disappointed and the dealership lost this particular customer’s trust within a month of our business. I hope the team reviews this worst customer experience and do rectify their mistakes.

All the staff that worked with me were very Pleasant and provided me with Superior Customer Service. Even when I walked in the door at Infiniti Scottsdale someone welcome me with a smile and offer to help or if they could get me something to drink. Not one but some of the other staff came out of there office to welcome me to Infiniti. Words cannot express how Pleasant everyone was. Again I Thank Perry and All the staff that helped me in purchasing my new car.

SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND A LOT OF HEADACHES AND STAY AWAY
SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND A LOT OF HEADACHES AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS CORRUPT DEALERSHIP! CORRUPT FROM THE TOP DOWN! They promised and sold me a supposed "Certified Pre-Owned" (CPO) vehicle worth $40K that was a lease return, but never ever produced any evidence that the vehicle was actually inspected when they took it back from the lessee. By law, they had to have done a thorough inspection of the vehicle and had to address all the flaws that they found during that inspection before they could declare a vehicle a CPO. There are many third-party inspection checklists available that they could've used, which checks EVERY SINGLE item on a vehicle, but even if you go by Infiniti's standards, Infiniti has a mandatory 167-point inspection in place for its dealerships to follow, but evidently, they didn't even do that either. I found at least 10 discrepancies with this supposed CPO vehicle - heavy dirt and sand everywhere, rusted parts, missing parts, broken parts, etc., just by simply glancing at it, and it was never detailed like a CPO would normally be. And I didn't have to look hard to find these problems, they were so obvious, they just revealed themselves. Having not inspected they still sold it to me as a CPO, and when I contacted the salesperson Candi Hartzer, and the General Manager Bill Munz, at first I got nothing but silence and ignorance from both of them for some time. Then when I finally got in touch with Bill Munz, at first he denied ever getting my emails. Mind you, the emails that I sent to him, the email address was copied and pasted from his own email that he initially sent me, in which he asked me for my satisfaction review. And my emails went through to him just fine on my end, but at first, he kept denying that he received them.... Then once I established contact with him, and after a very long back and forth with him, he incrementally agreed to send me all the broken and missing parts, worth some $3 - $4K... And that was for the parts alone, but when I asked him about the cost of labor for replacing these parts at a dealership near me and the fact that I was duped and that I wasted so much of my own time revealing and documenting these things, and emailing back and forth, all of which amounted to additional some $5 - $6K, guess what he did, Bill Munz quickly hired a lawyer. No joke! TALK ABOUT A GUILTY CONSCIOUSNESS! In the end, when his lawyer found out from my side what Bill Munz did and how he handled all of this, I never heard back from his lawyer anymore. I guess after hearing it from me and realizing what their own client was all about , the lawyer ceased communication with me. Go figure! So aside from some of the fake smiles and fake greetings at this dealership, it's all rotten to the core starting from the top!!!

Sure he will! Whoever you are seemingly auto-replying to these negative reviews, obviously you're not reading these comments at all. If you had read what I had to say, you wouldn't have responded to me with this generic "contact William Munz" response! As I have mentioned in my review, I have already contacted him and when all was said and done and when the time came for him to either put up or shut up, William Munz hired a layer and disappeared to avoid responsibility! Just ask him to show all the emails that were sent between the two of us, and you'll see! If not, I can show it to you! So whoever you are responding to these negative reviews with your such pleasant sounding and seemingly helpful looking responses, just so you know, your place is corrupt starting from the person you think is the savior of all the problems! It's because HE IS THE PROBLEM to begin with!

We have he our car serviced by Andy since we purchased it in 2014! Andy has no retired and the new kid on the block could care less about customer service/satisfaction! Discovered our front camera is out when safelight went to replace the windshield several days after an oil change and “inspection”. The camera code and ABS brake code threw for Safelight but not Infinity?? Upon calling our service representative and my husband giving him an earful as to why he was not told about these safety codes appearing - he mysteriously was disconnected and the service w rep has never called back!! It’s been 4 days! Not playing this game after seeing these horrible reviews. Finding a new dealership and as someone said in another review…the next car will not be an Infinity!!!

I’ve brought my car in 4 times now for a popping noise
I’ve brought my car in 4 times now for a popping noise coming from my ashtray. It’s still there and it’s been going on over a year. The technicians aren’t smart enough to fix basic issues under their own warranty. I should have bought a Mercedes

I Purchased an Infiniti QX 80 in March and in August I took it for an oil change and they discovered an oil leak that then turned into a whole slew of issues. I would recommend not buying a car from this dealership as they are dishonest, unhelpful and rude! when I test drove the car it had the shake when I was stopping the salesman told me “it was just the ABS brakes” I thought we’ll maybe because it’s a big heavy car and I’m not used to it…(turned out the CONTROL ARMS where bad, yes what controls the car!!!!!!after a few weeks of driving it and realizing something wasn’t correct, it became very hard to speak to anyone especially the service department. When I finally spoke to someone they didn’t have appointments for a while and I was told they would not be able to give me a loaner car as I requested… cause I have 3 children I drive to school, sports and work. I can’t not have a vehicle as I was told they couldn’t give me a time frame of how long they would have the car. Good thing I brought it to different dealer that gave me a qx80 loaner cause it took 4 weeks for repairs and warranty company. And driving the new qx80 loaner compared to mine was worlds apart! That’s how I knew for sure how poor mine drove and was hard to control!!!! After warranty company paid $6000. And I paid $2000 in repairs now the check engine light is on and there are multiple other issues with this car. Another 6000 in repairs. This car was never checked and was put out for sale as a UNSAFE vehicle. Multiple multiple multiple issues with this car I would say save the headache, your time and money and do not buy a car from this dealership. I cannot believe the issues I’m having with a car. We are talking over 10,0000 for repairs so far!!!!!Nothing is right on the car not even the tires!!! Two different sets of tires…and worn down unevenly…🤨
