Dan Patterson was a major help.

I first contacted Dan about my need for a used car for one of my children. I gave him a price line for my budget, what types of cars and mileage I was interested in, and then absolutely delivered. It was pleasant! It was easy! And Dan didn't try to upsell me he knew exactly what I wanted what I needed and gave me exactly that! If I ever need another used car, I will absolutely come back to Dan Patterson at Pearson Ford.

Pearson Ford

I have been dealing with Pearson Ford for several years now and just bought my second vehicle. Their sales staff and service department as well as maintenance are top notch. The sales people are courteous and do not pressure. Their service staff and maintenance do not do any more than is necessary to fix your vehicle or just maintain and they do excellent work as well as. They take care of your vehicle so as to not tear up or harm it as well. I know vehicles as I grew up on a farm and if they would attempt to do any more than necessary I would immediately know. I have dealt with other dealerships before and knew when they were not above board. Pearson has been to me. Their sales personnel Scott and Phil are great people to deal with and their service tech., Bill. knows the vehicles and is straight forward with your maintenance needs. My hat goes off to Pearson and his personnel.

Amazing Service and Amazing People!

We have purchased other cars in our lifetime but from start to finish this was the best car buying experience to date. Scott, Zach and Amanda did an amazing job of listening to what we wanted (and didn’t want). We purchased a used car but the treatment was as if we were purchasing a new car. I picked up the Ford Edge and from start to finish we were done and out the door in less than 2 hours. Truly an awesome buying experience.

What a great car buying experience!

What a great car buying experience! I knew exactly which car I was interested in and called and spoke with Scott. I was concerned about how long it would take to complete paperwork and he did everything he could to speed up that process. There were a couple of cars to choose from and he explained both and let me test drive them, but at no time did I feel any pressure to go one way or the other. Scott was very professional, helpful, and patient as I worked to make my decision. Very happy with the entire experience and would recommend to family or friends. Thanks Scott!

This was our first experience with Pearson Ford, and the service we received was excellent! Scott Dawson, Scott Blewett, and Craig Aldridge were especially helpful and friendly, both over the phone and in person. After our experience at Pearson, multiple family members stated that they will be back to do future business here!

Pearson Ford gave me a great Deal!

I used the Costco Auto Program to research both Ford and Toyota hybrid vehicles. Zach, from Pearson Ford, contacted me by email right away with details on pricing for the Fusion SE Hybrid, which included not only a generous Costco discount, but also other Ford discounts. Zach kept in contact with me by email and phone as I continued my decision making process, never pressuring me, and always helpful. Price and features swayed my decision to buy the Fusion. The day I decided to buy, Zach worked me into his afternoon schedule. I trusted him from the start. He was very helpful throughout the process and helped me setup the technology features of the car. The dealership offered me a good price for my trade in, and at the end of the day I drove my new Ford Fusion SE Hybrid home. I am looking forward to an equally good experience when I take my car in for its first service.
