Bunch of crooks

They are crooked as xxxx. I was told they accepted my offer on a car they had on their lot for over a year. They got all of my personal info ss# bank info, than tried to raise the price on the car by $1000. When I complained that they had accepted my offer and that my offer was their listed price a month earlier, they said well we can raise the price anyway. Don't waste your time. This dealership is really not good or honest in their dealings.

Wayne Don’t understand how you would try to buy a used car that we had advertised for 26k for 24k, that’s the reason Que advertise prices on our website. In must cases we can negotiate some, but not 2k less. Sorry you feel that way, we have been in business for 40 years treating customers like family

Super friendly dealership.

Jayler was great throughout the entire process of purchasing our Mach-e. We picked a car that had just left assembly and had to wait three weeks for delivery but he was great about tracking it and updating us. He was very attentive and responsive, always answering his phone and returning my texts. In fact, everyone at Gus Machado Ford was a pleasure to deal with. I’d definitely buy another car from them in the future.

Salesman Jorniel by far has been the best salesman I have

Salesman Jorniel by far has been the best salesman I have ever met. Answered any question I had. Mari in finance was also great and made the process very smooth. Was out of the dealership within the hour. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a new vehicle. They by far made the best deal on my new 2023 Ford Raptor 37package with Blue interior.

That dealer is a nightmare.

That dealer is a nightmare. From Sales to Service. The service department is a mess. Service advisors give you this stupid look when you walk in...not cool. You are considered to be the idiot who has no idea what is happening with your own car. Expect a warranty-denied call shortly with some outrageous price to fix your car/truck. Don't say I didn't warn you. They are all a well-established group that's out to hurt the client/customer's wallet. They make a lot of promises that they never come through with. At the end of the day they really couldn't give a crap

FRAUDULENT

Last year I took my truck for an oil change. I paid for the service and left. Two months later I was changing the oil myself after a long trip and I noticed that the oil filter that my truck had was the one brand that I use(purolator),prior to my visit to the dealer. Well,Ford dealers dont use this brand only Motocraft. I went back and showed them the video and pictures of this filter on my truck. That means they never changed the oil and charged me for it. The only thing they said is that I will get a free oil change. STAY AWAY from this dealer..

Excellent service department and experience overall. Realized when I was in the area that I needed an oil change badly and they got me in right away. Will consider them when making my next vehicle purchase.

Stealership

Do not go to this stealership! Bought a Maverick for $5000 over MSRP and only had one key, got a "We Owe" document so no problem, right? Wrong, still haven't gotten anything. Straight up crooked people.
