Needles to say that the rest of the team is very friendly and helpful and some of them were involved to make this purchase happen..

He visitado varios Dealers de Autos aqui en Miami y con absoluta certeza afirmo que NO HAY OTRO DEALER donde en la Ciudad donde se brinde un servicio de igual o de mejor calidad que en GUS MACAHDO FORD, a mi llegada al lugar, en la 49 calle de Hialeah, me recibio, amablemente el Sr. Yasmany Regueira, a quien le explique lo que yo necesitaba y mis posibilidades financieras, este Caballero de inmediato se puso en funcion de de mi solicitud y me mostro, precisa y exactamente, un vehiculo que con mucha precision, cumplia con mi requerimiento, todo ello, sin presionarme, ni hacerme perder tiempo, tratando de venderme algo alejado de mi posibilidad o mi intencion, todo ello en menos de 20 minutos, si hubiera tratado de desviarme de mis intencones, yo me hubiera retirado, sin hacer la compra, pues mi tiempo estaba muy limitado. El Sr. Yasmany fue a coordinar con el Financista, el Actor mas "duro" de esta obra, como todos sabemos, pero que en mi caso, coopero y ayudo a que el negocio se cerrara sin mayores demoras a satisfaccion de ambas partes. Tengo que afirmar, con toda honestidad, que el proceso de compra y la actuacion y atencion de Yasmany, fue exelente, concreto, sin perdida de tiempo y atendiendo a cada requerimiento de mi parte, y esa misma tarde sali manejando ni auto, contento y satisfecho. Si tuviera que dar una calificacion cuantitativa, sobre el servicion recibido y la actuacion de Yasmany, no dudaria ni un segundo en otorgarle A+++++y NO ES una exageracion, es algo bien , merecido, no solo por Yasmany, sino por Mike, de Servicios que con su atencion, cortesia y profesionalidadque me hicieron sentir complacido y satisfecho, a ellos los felicito y les agradezco su atencion y a Gus Machado Ford, de Hialeah, tambien le felicto, por tener tales profesionales en su Staff y le suguiero que los cuiden, que de ese tipo y calibre no quedan muchos en este Pueblo. I was looking for a top of the line for a 2022 F-150 Platinum. They avertized it for $78,180. Now this is a hard to find vehicle but not impossible. I inquired about it through the Autotrader. It was available because someone ordered it and chose not to pick it up. So Isreal calls me to see if I'd like it, of course I did. He calls me back with the price, taxes and fees included - $93,180. He added $10,000.00 because of the "rarity" of the truck. Shake Down! Thanks but no thanks. That same day, I bought my new 2022 F-150 Platinum from another dealer at the Original price. No wonder the place only has 2.5 stars. I'm surprised it's that high. I love my new truck. The hands free drive is like being a passenger in the driver's seat.

The sales person was very professional and did everything right to make the sales experience perfect. He taught us how to use every feature. He gave us time to think about our purchase and never pressured during the process. The financial person was also very professional and had a great sense of humor.

Arturo Perez was the sales rep that took care of us. He was very courteous and very helpful. Thanks to him we have a new car. He went beyond being a sales rep , to a friend that went out of his way to accommodate us . I would recommend this dealership and more important recommend Arturo if you are looking to buy a new or used car.

I had to deal with the parts department of Gus Machado Ford. Sad to say that I had to order the part, and it would take 2 days and today ia a week I am waiting and I have not heard from the parts department or the guy that I placed the order with and it is now I 7 days and nothing has happened, so I bought the part at another dealership and they were very pleasant and I will have the belt tomorrow and I am very pleased the the salesman and the manager I will have nothing left with Gus Machado Ford, or anyone of their staff, really a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THE STAFF of Gus Machado Ford.

What a nightmare. My Ford entered for regular oil service and replacement of rear brakes (over $400 invoice) and got out with a problem in the front suspension. Later they charged me an additional $ 176 for a revision and provided a repair quote of $ 2,160. The problem? just alignment, because when they rotate the front tires modified the alignment. This dealer sooner o later will be out of business. Do not ever stop by Gus Machado.
