Mr. Hooman Keyvan was very helpful and respectful in my decision to buy my 2016 Acura RDX. He did not pressure me and gave me the time I needed to make my decision. It is because of the quality service I got from him and from DCH Tustin Acura, I returned to buy another car (previously bought a 2008 TL from here). I came to this dealership after test driving the MDX at another location. We have a young baby so I didn't want to drive from dealership to dealership so I called all the location dealerships to let them know exactly which vehicle I wanted and to let them know I was ready to buy. Out of 4 locations, miguel was awesome on the phone and gave me the best price. Once we arrived in person, Abe helped us out. The car was waiting for us and because of our young baby, we were rushing the team here since we had to put the baby to bed. Abe kept us in the loop with everything he was doing and was very polite. He tried to accommodate our timing as much as her could but also gave us realistic timeframes. I work in sales so I have high standards for those in this industry and I am more than happy with my experience here.

While looking for a new car with all the bells and whistles, we came upon the Acura MDX and as it is with anything new, there is always a learning curve. Hooman Keyvan made the purchase of our new MDX easy and also was extremely thorough in showing us all the bells and whistles (technology) it has as well as how to use them. Absolutely love my experience here at DCH Acura in Tustin! The process of buying a vehicle is always long and tough, but I am glad I made my choice to purchase my new vehicle here. My husband and I came here on a Sunday and was helped by a friendly team. Kenny, Miguel, and Marwol (sorry! I may have mispelled her name) helped us with the process of purchasing our new vehicle and they're all very friendly. The great thing is - they aren't so pushy and mean like some other car dealers. Miguel was the sales manager and he wanted to make the car buying process easy and he definitely made that happened! Kenny is also so hilarious, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful! These guys really know how to take care of their customers and will do what they can to work with you.
