I was turned down by other dealerships. Abdon at this dealership took his time to understand my situation and was able to find financing for me. Also the... finance rate was cheaper than Carvanna and Carmax. They got me in and out maybe 1.5 hrs. The car rides great. Acura has a policy to replace or repair malfuntioning seatbelts for the life of the car. I took my 2000 TL in because the passenger side seatbelt retractor... was locking and not releasing. The driverside seatbelt wasn't retracting well. This is a 17 year old car and Freddie didn't hesitate to take care of the problems by replacing both retractors...they even washed the car, all for free. ***** ¿
Poor experience at DCH Tustin Acura. Drove to this lot in hopes of making a purchase and Salesman was the reason I walked away. Initial greeting was good.... I wasn't overwhelmed with someone breathing down my neck as I was browsing around. Salesman came back out and stated we were just being "picky" as we were still browsing the lot. After receiving a quote from True Car I sat down with salesman Said Naghizadeh and in return came back and said his GM Mr. Moyer would no longer honor that quote even though the quote had not expired. Salesman began to lose his temper after thanking him for his time and he kept insisting to "just pay the money" & that I wasn't a true buyer if I didn't. Definitely will not be recommending this dealership.
All I have to say is that I had the best and smoothest stress free car buying experience at Tustin Acura .I want to thank Ken Nguyen for working with me... to find the best price . I felt comfortable and wasn't pressured whatsoever. I walked out of the dealership feeling that had paid a fair price. I shopped around for the vehicle that I was in the market for and no one had the price much less the selection that Tustin Acura had. Thanks again to Ken and all the staff at Tustin Acura!
I had a negative experience we had at your dealership, DCH Tustin Acura, yesterday. I accompanied my father there this afternoon to assist him with his... car purchase. We quickly found the vehicle we were interested in and then waited in the dealership for over an hour, only to be eventually told that the sales price was 100% non-negotiable. After further dialogue, we were finally told that the price could be lowered, but only $200, and this only because we had traveled so far. (This is less than 1%). We were absolutely ready to buy a car yesterday. I even explained to the sale-person (Omar) that I had hoped we could reach a mutually reasonable conclusion, to which I received no response. I have never experienced a rigidity when buying a car before, and I'm disappointed that this seemed acceptable to them. Steve Menifee, CA.
I was very pleased with the assistance and advice I got for George on a maintenance issue with my MDX. He fixed the problem and tested it in front of me... to my satisfaction. Very courteous with follow up as well. Great job!

This is my first time owning an Acura and also my 1st time taking my NSX to get service and I could not be more disappointed with my experience. Not only... am I getting overcharge for an oil change compare to other NSX owners which whom I'm friends with just to find out I'm paying 699 per change when they are paying 400-450.... this is extremely infuriating and something I will have to report and enquired more about. Secondly my car will be in the shop for 2 weeks as of tomorrow!! all because of a fuel pump that Acura customers relations has assured me, should not take this long to order and install, Poor communication from management and I have hardly heard from my own service rep who quoted me that 699 price for an oil change others paying less, same car! I have already open a formal complaint because I feel so under valued as a customer, not to mention I'm already spending close if not over 4000.00 in one visit.
I'm totally pleased with not only the service that my husband and I received but also the great customer service that we received from Christian. He's... very with communicating to use what's needed on our vehicle and seeing to it that's its taken care of in a timely manner. He's always have done a great job for us. I think its for a raise for this hard working young man. Thank you.
