Very friendly and attentive. My husband and I have been there twice, never did we feel pressured or ignored. This last time Jose helped us, and we left with the car I wanted. I have to other dealers and they won’t give us the time or take us seriously. I would definitely recommend Acura of Tustin.

Everyone was attentive at our arrival. New were a little early so the person we asked arrived as scheduled. But we were made comfortable and offered refreshments. Since I had already decided on car I wanted everything happened as it should.

Tried negotiating a used Acura TLX over text and had the misfortune of dealing with Gilbert. When asked a direct question about whether a specific VIN was factory Acura Precision Certified or just standard used, he tried to gaslight me by saying "if it's an Acura it's going to be certified because we are Acura." This is completely false as dealerships sell uncertified used cars all the time. When I sent a screenshot straight from the official national Acura certified website proving him wrong, he ignored my text for MINUTES. It wasn't until I texted and asked to be passed on to a different person in his department, he miraculously replied in a snap and immediately got defensive and started dodging the question, refusing to give a straight answer while aggressively trying to fish for my personal info AGAIN. If you want a transparent buying experience without being lied to about warranty status, dealt with defensively, and ghosted on out-the-door pricing, go to a different salesperson or a different dealership entirely. Gilbert plays too many deceiving games.

Ken provided exceptional options regarding returning our leased car and acquiring a new one. The options were so good, we ended up purchasing our return vehicle, and leasing a new one. Since we were keeping our old car, we dropped it off for service with George who took great care of us and got us out of there in a timely fashion. Great experience all around.
