Universal Mitsubishi

Poor communication. I had to call multiple times to make sure that the wire transfer went through. Short staffed and the car was not detailed as promised. Initially they said that we can sign paperwork electronically but then they changed their mind and had to arrange for the spouse to be present. The worst part was the communication between the sale person and the, the guy that helped us and the sale manager. We got conflicting messages all the time.

Paul and his team are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and get you in qnd out as fast as possible.
