Been coming to Paul for years now from when they were

Been coming to Paul for years now from when they were located in the city of Duarte to now Sherman Oaks and me living in the city of Downey. Paul’s service and customer satisfaction keeps bringing me back. I took my car in for service and as always, Paul excels in his service. Paul is always very detailed in explaining the service on the my car. Without a doubt Paul always goes above and beyond, and makes sure customer satisfaction is his priority. All I can say is, every time I pick up my car when it’s done from service, I drive off, definitely a happy customer

Although the dealership/service center was an hour and a

Although the dealership/service center was an hour and a half drive from the city I reside in the drive was absolutely worth it, as althoygh the dealership/service center was small and quaint in size the outside grounds were impeccably clean same as the inside was, as was the reception/waiting area clean and quaint with its large flat screen tv and tea and coffee offerings while you [I] waited for my service to be completed. As was the dealership receptionist - whose name escapes me at the moment, pleasantly welcoming, and Armen (and Mr. Paul - even when he approached me to step outside of the Service bay for safety & insurance reasons) both equally nice and professional in their speakings to and interactions with me, as were they both equally knowledgeable in their answers to the several questions I had posed to each regarding some features etc al on/pertaining to my vehicle. And although I am from and purchased my car in Florida, for the interim time that I am in California, I will continue to make the long drive to this particular dealership/service center from wherever I am (city-wise) in California for all my car needs and/or concerns! 👍👌

We had a great experience at Universal Mitsubishi!

We had a great experience at Universal Mitsubishi! Reza really made us feel welcome and was very knowledgeable about the Outlander PHEV. He answered all of our questions and was patient with us throughout the process. Tiki was also great in getting us the best deal possible, even though we were test driving some other models and weren’t ready to make a purchase on our first or second visit. The actual buying process went smoothly and was much faster then I remember from our previous car buying experiences.
