First you enter the parking lot, no visible signs to
First you enter the parking lot, no visible signs to guide you where the service office are. Once you enter the waiting area, again, no signs and no greeting or smile, even to ask may i help you from the lady at the entrance. No happy colors in waiting area. Very open wasted. And the service room so tight and small. Other than that Paul & another experienced guy at parts are amazing. Mitsubishi needs little more prestige to keep your reputation back up. You have a great product but your dealer and service needs a better look and more carrying staff.
