Quick service and friendly personnel.

Good service

I just used the Quick Lane for an oil change. Things moved along smoothly, and fairly fast for a Saturday morning. I was kept informed of progress.

Friendly and Professional

The staff at Bob Allen Ford were friendly and helpful during my car search. They made my lease experience positive, and they did not pressure me into a quick decision. Getting to test drive my future vehicle for several days was very helpful in making my final decision.

Made my car purchase easy.

Service for replacing my battery for my Ford500was excellent

Very good

Time estimate was accurate, furniture in waiting area needs replacement - bad. Coffee machine was a welcome item, also refrigerated water was welcome. Magazine selection a little limited.

There’s always something

Great service but didn’ t apply my coupon for works package. Please tell me how I remedy this. Also, I make sure I don’ t work with younger scv persons,. There is always some major issue But Derek always looks out for me and has helped in emergency situations. Appreciate greatly.
