Had a wonderful experience at Hendrick Chevrolet! Jarvis was kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. The process was very simple! I was allowed to take the car for a day, fell in love, next day I made an offer and I was the proud owner of my DREAM CAR. The finance department had me in and out in under 30 minutes. Very nice staff! Thank you Jarvis and the crew at Hendrick Chevrolet for getting me into my dream car!

I was in a pinch as my engine was overheating so the only place I thought I could make it to was the dealership. It was a thermostat.Brian told me he could fix it but it would cost $1,300. He had me by the short hairs so I did not really have a choice. He told me they had too take half of the engine apart to get to the thermostat. Brian told me it would be five hours of labor. Wow! did I get took!! I have watched three video's of this procedure and it took less than two hours. The car was ready in a little over four hours. When I picked the car up Brian told me my ball joints were shot. I had this checked out at another shop and I have a video of both passenger and drivers side ball joints and they are doing just fine. Oh, he gave me an estimate of $1,800 dollars for that. Let's not even talk about how they did not finish the installation of my air shocks on a previous visit. They said they had to cut the lines to the shocks. Alex told me not to worry they were still functional. I have had enough of this place. I will not frequent this establishment again.

Dave Reed was really great supporting me throughout the entire sales process in ordering my corvette. He kept me informed of each step along the way and was responsive to my questions.
