We went to Olathe Toyota today after several visits with the intention of buying the vehicle that we were very excited about getting. The truck was everything we wanted and we were ready but to all but sign the papers. Brian was off putting to start, seemed like we were an inconvenience to him almost as soon as he approached us. When sitting down to work out a deal he was very to the point about not budging at all and that is not how it works anymore. He continued to mansplain how things work with trade ins and newer vehicles. Funny thing is, everything he decided to explain to me another dealer down the road did and more. I felt defensive and uncomfortable the whole time and honestly down right angry with his attitude when we left. I thank him though, because of his attitude I did not want to purchase a vehicle no matter what at this dealership at that point especially from him. Instead we went to an amazing dealership with an amazing sales team who sold us a better truck with less miles for a better deal. I'm sure he just thinks of me as that naggy lady that came through with an attitude, but sir some people feed off others vibes and you sir had a terrible one. I am surprised he has been doing this for so long, he told me several times how long he has been on the job, I am surprised that anyone would want to buy a vehicle from him if this is how he treats people.

Extremely pleased with my experience with the staff at

Extremely pleased with my experience with the staff at Olathe Toyota on 6/5/23. I had a friendly greeting from Kelly when I walked in the door to having Carlos going over paperwork with me as I purchased a gorgeous 2023 Toyota Crown. Daniel and Scott in Finance were very kind and informative. I then finished up with extremely knowledgeable Victoria in Customer Relations. It has been 8 years since I purchased a new vehicle so I was delighted with Olathe Toyota. Kathleen Winner 06/08/2023

Buy a Honda instead, their parts are made to last

Bought my Rav4 from them new in 2016. Put less than 14k miles on it and already needed new brake pads. Toyota has really gone downhill if you can't drive 14k miles on their $38k car. I get another Honda next time. Sorry I didn't do it this time.

Bought a part from them on Ebay and sent me wrong part. Ask for the part I ordered all I get is sorry you Have to send part back before I will send you the part you ordered I'll send the part back but why should I be but out I seems like Ed in parts doesn't care just send me what I ordered. The Used Car Salesman Kendal and Administration Victoria

The Used Car Salesman Kendal and Administration Victoria were AMAZING TO MY FAMILY and fixing a problem that came up with my new used truck!!! I WILL GO BACK TIME AND TIME AGAIN AND I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT DEAL ON A NEW OR USED VEHICLE TO GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They do things the way they should be done and they are friendly and respectful people just like you and I who STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

Unfortunately, after having one of the best experiences

Unfortunately, after having one of the best experiences we've ever had in purchasing our Hybrid Platinum Highlander, we had to deal with the Service Department. Extremely disappointed in that the Service Department didn't even attempt to understand my issue or my perpective, they were extremely lax in follow-up, and simply denied any fault without listening to my true issue.

The sales department especially Nola Hunter was not

The sales department especially Nola Hunter was not helpful, refused to work with me, return my phone calls and just generally a poor experience. I worked with multiple dealerships here in the KC area to get the right car, and this was by far the worst dealership in terms of customer experience. Highly recommend either Molle or Hendricks Toyota as other options.

Nick Unselt was awesome to deal with!

Nick Unselt was awesome to deal with! He listened to what I needed in a vehicle and communicated very well with me on the inventory available during this horrible car shortage. He was able to find me what I wanted and I cannot thank him enough for that! He worked tirelessly to meet my needs! I will be coming back for business for the next vehicle! Great job Nick and thank you!!!!!

I was visiting my daughter who lives in Olathe Ks, I have

I was visiting my daughter who lives in Olathe Ks, I have a Lexus rx350 and this dealer is 5 minutes from her house I know that about 50% of parts are interchangeable between toyota and lexus so I called and they said I could service the car there, the visit went pretty well they were organized efficient and fast. The problem was I drove there from Las Vegas Nv and was driving home about 1600 miles. After driving home I backed my car out of my garage and there was fresh oil on the floor I looked under the car and oil was dripping from the drain plug area, I called the Service Manager at Olathe Toyota and left him a message that oil was leaking and I was taking the car to The toyota dealer by my house, they inspected the car and found the drain plug was loose and the gasket was pinched. Ow i'm very upset I drove 1600 miles and could have blown my engine if all the oil leaked out. I left the Service Manager and additional message stating I wanted reimbursed for my oil change, I had to pay the dealer by my house who changed it again because they had to remove the drain plug to repair the leak. Have yet to hear from the manager since i left my last message.

Robert was wonderful working with us to secure a new car

Robert was wonderful working with us to secure a new car and make a fair deal with our new car and trade in. Robert made us feel comfortable and appreciated and was very pleasant to work with. We purchased a 2022 Toyota Hybrid RAV-4 after having a Prius with Olathe Toyota. Our many years of experiences with Olathe Toyota have been very pleasing and meet our needs beyond expectations.
