Visited Olathe Toyota, Jose Martinez was very helpful and professional. Although the new 2022 Tundra I was looking for was unavailable due to high demand. Jose located the perfect truck for us in very little time. He notified us as soon as it came in and had us out the door with our new Tundra in almost no time.

I had a vehicle appt in the morning and while waiting for the vehicle to be completed and review 2 used vehicle for sale. Discussed with sale rep LeRoy and told him I will review my options. Came back in the afternoon and LeRoy had just left. Another employee called him and he came back and we dealt on the car that I wanted after several negotiation trips we came to a conclusion of sale. This is the 3rd vehicle we purchased from Toyota and LeRoy. He was great in all the transactions.

We went in looking at vehicles to get an idea of what we wanted in the future. Gevon; our Sales Consultant, was patient, kind, and answered all of our questions. The service was so good at Olathe Toyota we ended up purchasing a vehicle and could not be happier with the service we received! Thank you!

My experience at Olathe Toyota has been a very positive one. Faith Beach was very helpful in explaining, my questions, with the new vehicle allocation process of Toyota. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted & assisted by Sales Consultant Hieu Tran. Hieu is a very professional and a very dedicated individual. He has great mannerism & listens to your needs towards the purchase of a new vehicle. Hieu has been excellent, with keeping me updated, with the progress of buying a new vehicle. Kudos to Olathe Toyota & Hieu Tran.

I gave Olathe Toyota order a three because my experience was right in the middle. It was great looking at the car and getting the car in the warranty. But then I realize that after you buy the car it is very hard to get a hold of them and when you do it seems like no one has an answer for your questions. I think this company is really good when you’re a customer but not so great after you’ve bought the car

Complete waste of time!!! They scheduled me for a test drive and when I got there, the car was not available to even drive!!

My experience was terrible! Wasted 2 hours there on Tuesday, Monty didn't even say sorry for your company ordering the wrong sized tire for the vehicle. I specifically went to the Toyota dealership for a smooth experience. He told me a new tire would be ready around 5pm so I rearranged my entire day to be available only for him to then call me at 6pm and said you guys might be able to get us back in in the next few days. I called back minutes later and said that wasn't acceptable and I needed the tire and he didn't even call me back!! I had to call Toyota the next morning to arrange service. I went in the next day and waited another 2 hours in the waiting area so literally 4 hours waiting for the tire to have paint splashes on it in multiple colors and doesn't even look new. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any Toyota dealership. I am happy to send photos of the tire. I never received any inspection report on the vehicle either. I always do at other dealerships.
