CAN’T BELIEVE I BOUGHT A CAR HERE
I have bought many vehicles over my over 60 year life and have never seen a dealership that has so many things wrong. I bought a trade-in Kia from them. Everything was ok until I tried to get service for the first time. They said because it was a Kia, unless it was general service work, I would have to bring it in during the work week. I have a job where getting things done on the weekend is the only time I have. I can’t drop it off during the week because there is no way to get back and forth to work. When I called about service work, the person who booked my appointment said that I could get everything I was asking for done and made an appointment for me on a Saturday. I asked if she could give a ballpark figure for the service ( oil change, system and fluid check, and tire rotation). She said that ii is free for the first 2 years, so I made an appt on a Saturday. When I got there I asked them to check a few other things, but they said they could not. I then said to just do the free service work. The man then said that because it was a Kia they did not do 2 years free. I was able to get them to take care of that because I was told they would. The next thing I knew they came and said I could not get a tire rotation because my tires were worn down to far. I owned the car 1 year. It seems to me, as much as I paid for the car that it would have newer tires. I am very disappointed in this business and will not buy another car from them ever. They ripe you in with warranty promise and smiles but then make it almost impossible to get the warranty work, and sell used cars with bad tires.

I went to the lot looking for a Tacoma and ultimately
I went to the lot looking for a Tacoma and ultimately left with a Tundra. My sales guy Gevon was great. He made me feel like a person rather than just a sale. Their team was friendly and worked with me every step of the way. I had an issue with all weather mats after my purchase and Victoria reached out to take care of me. I would recommend working with this dealership because they will make you feel valued and not just another sale. Thank you Gevon and Victoria!

If you won’t sell outside of 100 miles from your dealership you shouldn’t advertise outside of that area. I was interested in buying a Camry from your company but they refused to sell it to me. Not a good business practice….. I’ve owned over 15 Toyota vehicles over

Great place to go without mark ups and gimmicks to
Great place to go without mark ups and gimmicks to purchase a new Toyota. This is especially true with a lot of dealerships putting in so many restrictions due to vehicle scarcity. Great salesmanship with Robert Jackson. He offered options without pushing them on us. He also was really good communicating with us! The sales manager, Daniel Tigerina, was also great to work with. Again, no pressure to buy extra warranty plans, but he did offer one of the best ones out there, which we ended up purchasing. Excellent place to buy a Toyota!!

He is rudest sales associate I have ever met.
He is rudest sales associate I have ever met. I went to the dealership to buy a new Toyota Sienna and Trade in my old vehicle the moment I entered the parking lot I saw him standing outside the building I thought he is there to greet the customers when I stepped out of my car and moving towards the entrance he started staring at me and giving this condescending look i ignored and tried to enter the building but he stopped me outside and started asking all sort of questions, I thought maybe its a part of new process they are following so I went with the flow I told him about my visit and he was like there is a waiting of 9 months for the new car then I asked him If he can check my car to give a trade in value he said he wont check the vehicle unless I sell it that day again I have requested him to give a rough estimate he asked a couple of questions about the vehicle and asked me how my I am expecting for the vehicle I said I have no idea and requested him to give a ball park estimate he got mad at me and said he cannot give an estimate with out know my expectations, I was like this is your job help the customer not scrutinize them. Anyway I have complained about him to his Managers who were friendly and supportive. but the other sales associates who were friends of his waited out side like a mob and started laughing at me on my way out. I felt humiliated and though maybe its because of my race they acted like this.

Kenny Glasco and his team are the best.
Kenny Glasco and his team are the best. I just bought a new 2022 4Runner limited, my second vehicle from Olathe Toyota. I was treated fairly, the car wasn't marked up over MSRP and they gave me best dollar for my trade. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Terrible Service Department
Don’t care about customers in service. Wife brought her car into shop to have air bag recall fixed. Immediately afterward the air bag light was coming on and the horn didn’t work. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with cancer around this time so I was keeping her busy driving me to doctors appointments, treatments, and visiting me during my hospitalizations. We bring it in today and they call us to ask who worked on the car (only them). They called later and said it will cost $1000 to fix. I called Steve, service manager, and his response was that "there is nothing I can do ".

Service department is terrible.
Service department is terrible. Wife brought her car in for a recall on he air bag in Jan 2021. Immediately the horn want working and the air bag light was coming on. This is around the time I was diagnosed with cancer so I was keeping her busy taking me to doctors appointments, treatments, and visiting need in the hospital so she didn't bring it back. Brought it back today and they called and asked who had worked on it (only them). Then a few hours later they quote $1000 to repair it. I called Steve, service manager, giving them a chance but he said “there is nothing he can do”. Not the way to treat people…. Even if they weren’t diagnosed with cancer.

Jose Martinez was a wonderful sales associate!
Jose Martinez was a wonderful sales associate! He made sure I got all of the features I wanted. He didn't rush me on any decisions with the vehicle either. He was with me every step of the way, and was honest with all of his answers to my questions. I had a great experience! Danial from the finance department was also incredibly helpful in giving me advice on what warranties I should get. I never felt swindled. If you are in the Olathe, KS area I would definitely use this dealership!
