I was told my car would be ready @12:30. Finally went out to the service center to ask about my car @1:30. It's not that the service took longer than expected that upset me, it was that no one came to let me know that it was taking longer. My time is valuable, I find the disregard insulting.

Great experience overall
I bought a 2019 demonstrator RDX from Jay Wolfe Acura and had a great experience. Norm Dean worked with me on getting a fair deal for my trade-in and we left happy! The service department is fantastic and the full-service lounge is amazing. I would recommend Jay Wolfe to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Great Automobile Purchase Experience
I have purchased many automobiles in the past 50+ years and Drew Hughes provided and excellent presentation of the Acura RDX for me. We had Leased and RL and TLS as Company Cars many years ago and the experience at Jay Wolfe was second to none. I needed to replace a Ford Escape I had driven the past 5 years with 127K miles on it. My stop at Jay Wolfe to see the new Acura models proved to be my last stop. I looked at their Certified Acuras and weighed the savings as opposed to all the new Safety Features offered on the 2019 models. Drew was very helpful providing me prices for different choices I was to make; Buy or Lease a 2019. I elected to Lease a new RDX-what a great road car. Drew introduced us to several people we will interface with while we enjoy the new Acura. I would advise Jay Wolfe Acura and Drew Hughes to anyone in the market for a new car.

Great experience all-around
First time visit to Jay Wolfe. Facility is top-notch, and the lounge area was awesome. I worked with Austin. He was very helpful, quick, and provided advice. I will be returning the next time needed.

Professional Acura Dealership
Thanks to Drew Hughes and the Jay Wolfe management team. I was able to make a deal over the phone from 700 miles away. We worked for an agreement on the phone for a new vehicle and the team stuck to it when I drove to pick it up. There were absolutely no hidden fees or gotchas. Not only that but with a few photos, maintenance history, and VIN we were able to agree to terms on a trade in on my used vehicle. They held true to the agreement on all numbers. The signing was effortless, stress free, and easily my best car buying experience. Thanks again Drew and team. I’ll definitely return soon. My 14 and 17 year olds want mama’s TSX!

Disappointed Again
This is third time I've taken my car in that I've been disappointed by this dealership. In the past I asked them to investigate issues and they do the bare minimum and end up leaving more of an issue than before. This time i asked them to investigate an engine light i'd been experiencing. Again, they did the bare minimum. Hooked up the code scanner and saw "dirty oil". Well yes, i'm here for an oil change. Another code I was getting from the computer on the user end, i didn't need the scanner to tell me that. They called me and suggested i drive it to see if the engine light is still there. The light was on when i picked up the car, meaning who ever drove it to where they parked it SAW the engine light on and did nothing. Needless to say, I won't be taking it back there. They did offer me new breaks for $700. But they can't look into the issues i'm currently having. That, and i asked what was included in one of their standard services, and the service rep couldn't tell me. This is the mildest of the horror stories I've had from taking my car here. I used to love it, and think it was great. Lately though, it's just more lazy bad service where you can't depend on them to do their job correctly.
