Warranty Work
Jack Wagoner is very professional, knowledgeable and makes the process very easy. All aspects of my warranty work were clearly explained. I also like the fact that I was informed about the approx ready time of my vehicle as he was entering all my information. They were actually about 10 minutes sooner.

Outstanding service!
The folks at Jay Wolfe Acura really want you to walk away a happy customer! During my car shopping time they bent over backwards to make sure I would be pleased with absolutely every facet of the purchase experience. Norm Dean, my sales guy, was outstanding to work with. He took all the time that I wanted to take, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. In addition, when I took delivery of the car I was very pleased when they informed me of a very small hail dent that I NEVER would have discovered on my own. They told me that they would fix that at no charge at my convenience. They didn't have to do that because I never would have discovered the dent on my own, it was so small. But they took care of me very well!

Great Experience with being an out of state buyer
Live in Texas and purchased an Acura RDX from Jay Wolfe Acura in Kansas City. Great buying experience dealing with Chris from over the phone and email. Have family in Missouri so we picked the car up from the dealership in Kansas City. Liked the cafe in the dealership, first dealership I've seen with a cafe. Overall great experience, would definitely do it again.

Good EXPER
Staff is great, amenities are great. Acura MDX (2104) is not a good car and I wish we hadn’t bought it. Not reliable and extended warranty (even on 40k mile car) is useless. Bought new and nothing but problems. Dealer and service good; car bad.

Excellent customer service
I’m very happy about the great customer service I received!!! I was worried about the recall my car had and Alejandro made sure I was able to get an appointment early, so the issue could be resolved. They came to my job and picked up my car and dropped it off at the end of my work day. Very convenient!!! I will definitely spread the word of how great the service team is!!!
