Good experience
Came in for my "Free Oil Change for life" service and was prepared to pay for a full diagnostic check. The were able to diagnose my major issue quickly and let me know that it was not a very costly fix..So I had them fix the wiring issue which was done quick. I was also given other issues that will need to be addressed soon as well as pricing estimates. I am fully informed on how best to take care of my vehicle.

Long wait, not confident in results, excellent waiting area
This is my 3rd oil change at Jay Wolfe Acura, and the first 2 were excellent. This one resulted in a wait of over 2 hours (with an appointment and early arrival, no less) for a simple oil change. When I left, I noticed that the PSI was lower in my tires than I had requested, and the oil life indicator said 70% despite supposedly having just been replaced. On a positive note, the waiting area was very nice and the complementary food and beverages was a nice touch. Had this been my first visit, I would have been more upset by the experience, but maybe this was just an off day for them?

not a good experience
seemed distracted and stressed. not really sure why he was trying to sell me a pkg of options varying from $175 to a total of $275 on a car with 13k miles? thought I purchased a low maintenance vehicle?

Prompt service recall
Great prompt service for the recall on my Acura TLX while I waited in the lounge for less than 30 minutes. I had a great lunch too!

This dealership takes care of it's customers!! Alejandro was our service adviser and he arranged a shuttle to a store nearby so my wife could shop while they did some extra recall work. Great job guys.
