Great service
Service writer helped get my recall items taken care of on maintenance appt. Previous oil change service writer said they did not have time and all that was needed on that recall was reading door latch numbers.

Walk-in Service
I was a "Walk-in" customer. Although the service provided was not immediate, it was very quick. The PARTS department worked very hard to get the needed parts. It took Ford "months" to find the parts.

Great experience
I really appreciated Emery helped me get the Fordpass completed and synced my phone to my new Bronco. I haven't bought a new car in 13 years and this was probably the best new car experiences.

Good and helpful employees , clean facilities
Workers are always kind and helpful. Usually have Ward , Brian or Wes and all three are always friendly and allow me to joke around with them and they can always answer my questions I have . All are very good to me .. Thanks so much and that always helps me to want to come back ..
