All good if husband calls...

Initially called service to make appt for recall notices received from Ford. After advising which notices I received for my vehicle I was advised I do not need to worry about it unless I was experiencing issues. After pressing & getting nowhere, I asked my husband to call. I do not know if this was the same person or not, however, there were no questions asked & an appointment was made, no questions asked. Come on, do better. Appointment should have been made at the first call. That being said, tech who assisted at the dealer was professional & kind.

Brake booster inspection

The services advisor (Danny) was good, A little overwhelmed. need more help. They should have told me about some of the services they were providing and that there was a charge. I was not told at all about certain charges on the bill, $160 until leaving

Great Customer Service Rep

Customer service rep (Danny Cable) was outstanding. He managed to work us in on a Saturday to get the truck fixed. He was very helpful and friendly. Don't let this guy go!

I called to get an appointment for an oil change.

I called to get an appointment for an oil change. They told me to bring it in and they would work it in. So I dropped it off the evening prior in the dropbox and left it with them all day. All I was getting was an oil change. I called them when I got off work at 3:00 and they said it hadn't been worked in yet. They kept stringing me along so I finally showed up at 5:45 pm since they close at 6:00 pm. The guy said they couldn't get to it after leaving it with them the entire day. So incredibly disrespectful and I'll never go there again.

Great service!

I am always treated with respect from the time I arrive until I leave. The lounge area is very comfortable for me to sit and read while I am waiting for my car to be serviced. If any problems arise or any service needs to be done, I am informed and my approval is requested before any additional work is done. I like that!
