Great Service

It was a very easy process and they worked late to help us also. The vehicle I bought smelt of cigarettes. They did the ozone cleaning in it and it helped some. I was happy they they were willing to do it again once my new windshield is ordered in. This experience was nice, quick, and easy. Our sales guy was very friendly and helpful too.

Great customer service

My vehicle was scheduled for a repair which turned out to be a 2nd recall item. BSF did not have any courtesy cars available. My salesman, David Whittaker, happened to be in the Service dept when I came in to check-in. He asked what I was doing there, I shared, and he said "One moment, I'm going to get you in a car." And he did just that. There have been two recalls on the vehicle, and the first one, issue with the back up camera, still isn't fully resolved to no fault of BSF. I appreciate Mr. Whittaker and will definitely buy our next vehicle from him.

I've been buying cars for a while, and this time it was by the far the best car buying experience ever. I will be talking about this for a long time. This experience lined up perfectly with my search for my forever vehicle, the Ford F-150 Raptor. Looking for the right used Raptor started out very tedious. After years of searching, it finally surfaced at Bob Sight Ford Dealership in Missouri, 1100 miles away, and I didn't hesitate to grab it. With Garett Gibson as my sales representative, the whole process was flawless. Garett went above and beyond the duties and responsibilities of your average sales representative. Anytime your sales representative picks you up from the airport, you can't help but to feel like a VIP. Garett is a top notch sales representative and a reflection of Bob Sight Ford Dealership. If I could go back to Bob Sight Ford for another vehicle I would in a heartbeat. So for the out-of-towners that will read my post, TAKE THE LEAP, it's worth it. Garrett and Christopher were very friendly and stayed after hours to help me finish the deal. I drove 1 1/2 hours to purchase the car so making another trip would have been super inconvenient.
